Lorraine is a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Compassion Focused Therapist, EMDR practitioner, Couple Therapist and clinical supervisor working for the NHS. She has diplomas in Advanced Integrative Psychotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Hypnotherapy and post graduate certificates and diplomas in Low Intensity and High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Lorraine was previously a TV health and fitness presenter for Granada Studios and wrote a monthly wellbeing column for the Sentinel Newspaper and has presented mindfulness training for many years, using this in daily practice professionally and personally. Lorraine completed her Compassion Focused Therapy Diploma with Professor Paul Gilbert OBE at the Compassionate Mind Foundation. She is also a Reiki practitioner and holistic therapist. Currently training to be a Breath-Body-Mind instructor.
