Fill your cup. In this meditation you approach your morning beverage as an elixir of vitality, A source of strength and nourishment. As you drink you salute and say yes to the beneficent forces of life that are always feeding and supporting you. Get comfortable holding the cup. Notice its shape and weight, Its temperature against the skin of your hands. Now bring the cup closer to your face. Inhale the scent for a couple of breaths. Even the smell can be nourishing and stimulating. If the liquid is warm you'll be able to feel steam rising as you inhale. Take a few sips, Savoring. See how much pleasure you can take in with the aroma and the taste. Hold the liquid for a moment in your mouth. Let it roll around your mouth. Hold the liquid for a moment in your mouth. Let it roll around your tongue before swallowing. As you drink, Notice the sensations of gratitude in your body and heart. Give yourself great leisure. Sip and pause. Breathe and then take another sip. Now think about the day ahead. What quality of energy do you need today? What kind of alertness do you want to manifest? Choose a word such as peace, Harmony, Power, Wisdom, Clarity, Joy or balance that represents what you need. Breathe with your word. Meditate on its essence. Breathe with your word. Meditate on its essence. Hold your cup in your hands and say your focus word softly. Then take a sip and imagine you are drinking in that quality and your body is being filled with it. Peace. Harmony. And your body is being filled with it. Peace, Harmony, Power, Wisdom, Clarity, Joy, Balance. With every sip, The energy of your word vibrates in your body. Consciously drink in that quality. As the liquid flows past your lips into your body, Receive. When you have finished drinking, Place the cup down and simply breathe. Then let the feeling of drinking come into your breath. Draw in the breath like an elixir, A delicious life-giving substance. Breathe in leisurely, Enjoying the energy. If you like, Open your arms and let your palms face upward in a gesture of receiving. Receiving from life, From the vastness of the atmosphere, That quality of energy you need for today. Surrender to the sensations as your body opens to be filled with this essence. Soak it up into every cell. Imagine the substance of what you desire becoming part of your flesh, Circulating in your blood and breath. Let the cup of your body be filled with vital energy. Let the cup of your heart be filled with love. Let the cup of your awareness be filled with gratitude for being alive. Throughout the day, Whenever you drink, Whenever you become aware of your breathing, Know that you are receiving from the generous forces of life.

That was amazing! The first time I listened, I stopped it after 2 minutes because I was already just so deep into meditation. The next time, I actually had a cup of coffee with me and it was such beautiful start to my day, such a moment of perfection and positivity in my life!
