Enjoyed the more traditional guided style of some guidance, then silence to allow the mantra to permeate. Some meditations talk constantly and don’t give you a chance to explore the mantra. Very well done.

Wow! I went on a journey. I have been having problems with a few health issues. Prayed before started. I stood by a body of water with trees near by. Then I saw a bright light come out of the clouds and hands reached down to touch me. Then I came back to my physical body. Love this meditation. Thank you.
