Meditation on Shining Your Light

This meditation uses visualization and the mantra "Ravaye Hum," which means, "I am the light of supreme radiance," to aid listeners in shining their own light.

Enjoyed the more traditional guided style of some guidance, then silence to allow the mantra to permeate. Some meditations talk constantly and don’t give you a chance to explore the mantra. Very well done.
