Welcome back to another guided meditation.
I'm so glad that you're here and that you pressed play and that you're taking this time for you.
So you can do this meditation,
Sitting cross-legged with your hands gently resting on your knees,
Palms facing the ceiling.
You could do this lying on your yoga mat or even lying in bed.
I'm not here to tell you how to do it perfectly.
This is a personal journey that you are finding and every step you take towards getting more centered towards focusing on your breathing to controlling your breathing.
The more you'll realize how much power you really have to control your mind and to control the life that you want to live.
And it all starts with getting quiet and breathing.
So let's take a deep breath in together and hold and release and hold.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Hold release and hold.
Again,
Deep breath in.
Hold release and hold.
Last one,
Deep breath in and hold.
Release and hold.
Returning now to gentle rhythmic breathing,
Still breathing in and out through the nose.
This is one of the best ways that you can train your diaphragm to train the control of the breath that most people never think about.
So much power is found in the breath and your control of it,
Your mastery of it.
That's why doing this practice is so beneficial on so many levels.
So keep breathing.
Notice the sensation of the air as it expands your lungs and the feeling of when your lungs contract.
You can feel the swirling air,
The energy exchange,
The blood pumping.
You start to realize that you're not a static being from a certain place of a certain age.
You are a pure energetic field having a human experience.
The more you get quiet and feel your body working so intelligently for you,
It starts to become clear.
And when you sit and tap in,
You can send your body love.
You can send that energy love and it's reflected back.
Keep breathing.
And taking our awareness now intimately and deeply with the body,
Starting at the top of your head,
Trickling down your awareness,
Down your forehead,
Past your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Your throat,
Your collarbones,
Relaxing deep into your shoulders,
Squeezing out tension,
Squeezing out toxicity from your cells,
Processed out your lymphatic system,
Which works perfectly and effortlessly for you.
Down your arms,
Past your elbows,
Your forearms and wrists,
Your hands and fingers.
Coming back now to your chest,
Your lungs,
Your heart.
Feel it beating right now.
Keep breathing.
Take your awareness now into your belly,
Into your hips,
Releasing tension,
Releasing tightness.
On your legs,
To your knees,
To your shins,
To your ankles,
To the tops of your feet and the bottoms,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
And if you like,
As you breathe in,
Take your awareness from the bottom of your body back up to the top,
Sending love to each area,
Realizing how interconnected your body is,
All of the different systems,
Feeling the energy flow easily and effortlessly.
Imagine releasing any blocks in any of your chakras.
There are seven chakras,
If you didn't know.
From the top of your head,
All the way down,
Rooting you to the earth.
The higher you go,
The more ethereal you get.
But we can't live in the clouds all of the time,
So it's important to nurture the root chakra as well and nurture the connection between all seven.
And that's what you're doing right now.
When you scan your body and you bring awareness,
You reignite these chakras,
Restore balance,
Restore flow,
Or chi,
Ancient practices that are just as relevant today for enabling health and wellness and happiness and joy.
You have that power within yourself and you've always had it.
Keep breathing.
Keep giving thanks to your body,
To your infinite source of energy and your connection to everything in your world and beyond.
If you have been struggling with making a decision on something,
I want you to ask that question out into the universe now.
If you received an answer,
Even before you could finish the question,
Trust that answer.
Because ultimately your soul,
Your guides,
Your connection to source,
A greater intelligence,
However you like to think of it,
Knows the right answer.
If you received an answer that was longer than five to 10 seconds,
That's your imagination,
So be wary of that.
The instant answers we receive are the right ones.
Follow them,
Trust them.
You can begin now wiggling your fingers and toes.
You can flutter your eyes open.
Maybe take one more deep breath in through your nose.
Hold.
Release.
Hold.
And keep breathing.
No matter how you felt when you were really relaxed in this meditation.
So if you're ever out of alignment,
Which will happen in life,
Just remember you can always come back here with your breath,
With the intention for the life that you want to live,
A life of abundance,
Happiness,
Peace,
Fulfillment.
