Welcome to this beautiful Nakia night sea journey meditation.
My name is Li Ying and I am here and so grateful and honored to guide you through this meditation.
For this meditation,
You may sit in a chair or on a cushion on the floor.
All you have to do is really make sure that your back is straight so that it forms a vertical axis so that you are connected to the heavens above and the earth beneath you.
Take a deep breath in and close your eyes.
Allow your breath to soften.
Allow your breath to continue to go,
Drift,
Softer and softer as it continues to drift as you inhale into your body.
Allow your breath to drift to wherever it needs to be drifting towards.
Allow,
Allow,
Allow.
Surrender.
Allow your breath to just move,
Become aware of where it is going.
With your eyes closed,
You are beginning to open up the thousand petal lotus in your third eye that is between your brows.
Your third eye is highly perceptive.
It looks inward and inward it goes towards that mountain.
The mountain top where tea trees grow amongst many other trees,
Ancient trees that have been around long before human beings walked the earth.
And on this mythical mountain,
The peaks are high up,
So high up that it caresses the clouds and plays with the stars.
Reaching up to heaven above,
Just inhale the misty mountain air.
And as you exhale,
See yourself exhaling starlight all around you.
Open your channels now.
Open your crown chakra right above your head.
Allow yourself to receive the energy,
The pure light that is streaming down from above.
Allow yourself to remember now your multi-dimensionality.
You,
The multi-dimensional being,
A spiritual being,
Having a spiritual experience here as a human being on earth.
Now begin to allow yourself to transcend time and space.
Begin to form and fall away.
Allow your form to continue to melt into non-existence.
You become one with your breath and soon you are breath.
Inhale in through your nose,
Through your throat and into your heart,
Into your solar plexus and let your breath expand in your belly.
And as you hold your breath,
Squeeze the base of your spine.
Allow the flower to bloom forth now and connect with the breath and then exhale.
Exhale out through your legs,
Through your feet.
With your eyes closed,
Begin to hear the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks,
Stone people who have been on this earth long,
Long,
Long,
Far too long.
They've seen everything even before the human eyes began to open to see.
And the waves are crashing,
Ever washing,
Ever flowing,
Ever ebbing.
Everything comes and goes.
Nothing is for certain.
Embrace the beauty and power of this unknown.
You are powerful my friend.
You are energy and you create everything in your life.
Now inhale through the crown of your head,
Reaching up to the heavens above.
Connect with the highest frequency.
And as you inhale all the beautiful light from above,
Allow them to cut a deep pathway down through your throat,
Your heart,
Your solar plexus and into your belly.
And then squeeze the base of your spine and exhale out through your legs and feet into Mother Earth.
Plant the base of your spine deep into the earth.
Feel the mountain's beauty and power beyond the waves,
The crashing ocean.
Feel the mist swirling around you now and the clear streams of water and light rushing through you.
Now inhale,
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
The highest point,
Which is also known as the realm of King Mu,
The king of the eastern sky and emperor of the rising sun.
Visualize a single star shining just a few inches above your head.
Feel the light of this star pouring down on you in a radiant shower of liquid gold.
Allow the light to drift all the way,
Move through you,
All parts of you.
And the central channel of your body is now lighting up this clear liquid golden light,
This white line that connects you to the heavens above and the earth below.
Now,
Complete silence overcome you.
As you feel the golden light of the spirit drift down through your body,
Coming to rest in the space at the center of your heart.
