Let's come into this knowledge and begin to become conscious as you close your eyes.
Breathing into your heart space,
Breathing deeper into your solar plexus and splaying it open as you breathe in,
Making it bigger and then exhaling out,
Becoming aware of this central channel that runs through you from deep down the earth up through the core of your being,
Connecting you to the divine light right above your crown.
Deep inhale into the seat of your belly,
Go deeper if you can and as you exhale,
Exhale out through your nose.
Remember we are doing this through the nose so try to do it with the nose not your mouth.
You want to come into a seated and centered stillness within.
Squeezing the very pelvic bones that you're seated on,
Squeezing the base of your spine,
Let that lotus flower bloom forward at the base of your spine.
See it opening up,
Opening and opening and shining a beautiful pink light all the way up your spine,
One segment at a time,
Rising through your sacrum up to the doorway of life and death just behind your navel,
All the way up just behind your solar plexus,
All the way up just behind your heart chakra,
Let it rise to the base of your skull,
All the way up to the crown and exhaling out.
This beautiful fountain of light spraying out of your crown chakra,
Flourishing,
Floating light circulating all around you now as you're seated in your vortex of stillness and begin to really lose yourself,
Drop your mind,
Lose yourself in this thick energy that you're in right now.
Lose yourself further,
Completely in this frequency of my voice,
Dropping your mind into your heart space,
The lower lobes of your lungs are breathing in and breathing out.
Drawing your attention slowly now to where you're seated just beneath you a few inches below this beautiful grid that runs beyond what's visible to the naked eye,
Opening up this golden pool of light beneath you.
Inhale that light,
Squeezing the base of your spine,
Let your beautiful breath expand your belly,
Hold it there for five,

Now squeezing base of your spine,
Exhaling out slowly coursing through this pathway up the core of your being,
Running through your solar plexus and your heart,
All the way up to your throat,
Tip your chin down,
Let the back of your neck glow,
Breathing ujjayi breath,
Let the light travel all the way up to your third eye,
Roll your physical eyes up to feel the tension and feel your third eye widening and activating and then exhale your last remnants of breath out of your crown chakra.
Feel this thick wad of energy fountaining out even more now from the crown and falling down onto earth and then rising back up again and rising and falling all over again.
Let yourself feel really,
Really,
Really good.
Let that central channel open up even more now.
Let the light shoot down from high above from the divine goddess of compassion.
Let it shoot all the way down,
Widening the central channel all the way down,
Squeezing your base of the spine.
Let that Lotus bloom even bigger and wider,
Receiving the compassionate dew drops from high above,
Crystallizing with every breath you take,
Exhaling out into the golden pool of light beneath you.
And slowly now tipping your chin down,
Let the back of your neck glow,
Rolling your body back down even further so that your heart chakra is glowing in the back,
Facing upward.
Deep breath into the base of your spine,
Exhaling out into the golden pool of light.
Now pay attention to the base of your spine around the sacrum area.
We're calling in the beautiful divine dark goddess to meet the goddess of compassion's light coming from right above us.
And right now we're going to ask the dark goddess,
Is there anything here that I shall release now so that I can come into oneness with my darkness and light?
Deep breath in from the golden pool of light and start to see this beautiful ball of light at the base of your spine at the tailbone.
As you rise,
I want you to rise one segment at a time,
Like a fern from growing taller.
So really trace the ball of light up,
Following me as we do this with the mouth now.
Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Keep doing that so that you're pumping the ball of light,
Also known as the Dan Tien,
All the way up your spine one breath at a time.
Keep pumping that out.
Let it feel good.
Yes.
Keep pumping it all the way up and perhaps it's landed now at the shoulder blade,
The center of your shoulder blade.
Perhaps it's going all the way now up to your neck,
All the way to the jade pillow,
Which is at the base of your skull.
Inhale to tip your head up so that the light is traveling all the way up your skull to the crown.
And when it is,
Just take a deep inhale,
My love.
See all the light coming through your crown and your third eye and when you're ready,
Exhaling out your crown and your third eye.
Coming back into normal seated position.
Slowly tracing the line down from high above with your hands in prayer position.
Slowly coming back down.
Let this central channel be the energy of your heart.
Let it be filled with love.
Let it be love.
And I want you to completely lose yourself in this central channel of light now so that you become that channel.
Become that channel to concentrate your mind.
Sometimes you can even push your hands,
Your palms against each other just to feel the thickness,
Feel the central channel.
You can even do that right above your crown.
Really sense that energy falling down,
Funneling through,
Trying to make its way all the way into your being,
Your body.
Anything that doesn't make it all the way through is perhaps hung up on a different body.
It could be your spiritual body,
It could be your mental body,
Your emotional body,
Your etheric body.
And the reason why sometimes we feel pain or self-doubt or rejection or suffering in general is because we are here to clear that and bring that right in,
Bring all of you into this space.
So you are a holy divine being,

You are absolutely exceptional.
You are a goddess,
You are a witch,
You are a healer.

Alright deep breath into your belly one last time.

Bringing yourself back into your entire body so that when you open your eyes and when you're done with this,
You will completely be opening your eyes up to the new,
The divine frequency that you've just cultivated here in this space.
Next we're going to use our right hand on your left knee and turn your head to the right.
Sit up straight,
Spine is straight and erect,
Connected to the heavens above and earth below.
Deep breath in to the belly,
Squeezing base of the spine,
Exhaling out.
Shaking your hands.
Shaking your head if you want to,
Just bring your shoulder blades back together as well,
Opening your heart up to receive the divine light of the goddess of compassion completely uninhibited without any fear,
Anything holding you back,
For you are divine.
You're absolutely limitless.
You're here.
Birthright abundance is your birthright,
