Hi my sweet friend,

I'm so happy you're here with me today.

Let's take a little time to feel all the love and kindness that's inside of you.

You can find a soft,

Cozy spot to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and let your body relax.

Let's start with a big,

Gentle breath.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Let's do it again.

Breathe in and breathe out.

That's great.

Now imagine there's a beautiful,

Warm light glowing right in your chest.

It's soft and gentle like your favorite blanket or a cuddle from someone who loves you.

This light is your love and it's always with you,

Even when you can't see it.

As you breathe in,

Imagine the light glowing a little brighter,

Filling you up with warmth.

And as you breathe out,

Feel it spreading all through your body,

Making you feel cozy and safe.

Let's say some kind,

Loving words to ourselves.

You can whisper them quietly or just think them in your mind.

Ready?

I am special.

I am kind.

I am strong.

I love who I am.

Each time you say these words,

Feel your light glowing even brighter,

Like a big,

Warm hug inside your heart.

It feels soft and peaceful,

Doesn't it?

Now take another gentle breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Imagine the light wrapping all around you like a soft,

Glowing blanket of love.

Whenever you feel sad or need a little comfort,

Remember that your light is always there,

Ready to make you feel warm and safe.

Take one more big breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Give yourself a little hug.
