Take a long deep breath,

Stretching your body.

And now relax.

Relax your body into the most comfortable position for you.

One that allows you to go deep into your heart space,

Connecting with your higher consciousness,

Connecting with source energy,

And connecting deeply with the energy of love.

Now close your eyes and begin to feel a wave of softness flow through you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Relax your body into the softness of this loving energy.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Letting go of the outside world,

Beginning to feel as light as air.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Relax.

Relax and allow yourself to slip easily into your inner world,

Expanding into the sensation of deep relaxation as you take the greatest journey of personal transformation inwards,

Leaving behind the exterior world to explore your inner world and all that is waiting for you to embrace.

Imagine now that you are surrounded by a brilliant,

Very fine,

High vibrational sparkling golden white light.

Noticing how this light makes you feel warm and loved,

Strong,

Capable of anything.

This loving light seeping into your body,

Into your mind,

Into your emotions,

Is lifting you higher and higher until you are hovering in the air inside your very own pillar of light,

Connected from above to the heart of the universe and connected from below to the heart of the earth.

You are grounded,

Protected and safe.

Surrounded by high vibrational spiraling golden white light,

Gently flowing in from above and up from below,

Washing over your physical body,

Which feels perfect,

Healthy,

Relaxed,

And comfortable while cleansing your energy body.

So bask in this glorious 12th dimensional light that makes you shine like a shimmering rainbow.

And now place your attention on your breathing once again,

Feeling the air moving in and out as your chest moves naturally to the gentle and relaxed pace of your breath.

Each breath relaxing you more and more,

Noticing now how I can see my breath as light,

Tiny particles of shimmering golden white light shining bright,

Radiating love.

This loving light energy brings well-being to every part of my body.

I am physically and emotionally connected to an abundant source of healing,

For it is always available to me.

I open up and allow an infinite stream of well-being to flow freely through me and into my life.

This healing golden white light vibrates gently through my entire being,

Helping to break up hardened and crystallized thought forms and emotional patterns.

Every breath fills me with loving light energy.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Allowing my body to deeply relax,

Releasing and letting go,

Really enjoying this peaceful space for everything I need is here for me right now.

As I look above to the heavens,

I allow this beam of beautiful golden white light to gently enter my crown chakra,

Flowing gently,

Spiraling around and around,

Softening,

Lifting me,

Allowing this light to clear,

Balance and energize my pineal gland,

And then this highly intelligent healing light flows out into the seventh layer of my energy body,

Working its healing magic,

Relaxing,

Repairing,

Cleansing.

Source energy,

Infinite intelligence,

Is taking care of everything I need.

I now invite in the caller Indigo,

Feeling this loving light softly moving to my third eye chakra,

Spiraling around and around,

Disconnecting all unhealthy invasive threads,

Connections and cords with complete forgiveness and unconditional love,

And flooding my pituitary gland with this beautiful Indigo light,

Instructing my pituitary gland to send out only rejuvenating hormones,

Keeping me open-minded,

Vital,

Young and healthy,

And then this light flows out into the sixth layer of my energy body,

Working its healing magic.

And now inviting in the caller Blue,

Feeling this light,

Feeling my throat and my body,

Working its healing magic,

Relaxing,

And then this light flows out into the fifth layer of my energy body,

Working its healing magic,

Relaxing,

Repairing,

Cleansing.

And now inviting in the caller Blue,

Feeling this light,

Feeling my throat and my body,

And then this light flows out into the sixth layer of my energy body,

Working its healing magic,

Repairing,

Disconnecting all unhealthy invasive threads,

And then flowing to my thymus gland,

Feeling it be ensuithed and healed with this high vibrational green light,

And then this light flows out into the fourth layer of my energy body,

Inviting in the color yellow,

Feeling this light,

Feeling my solar plexus chakra,

And then this yellow light floods my pancreas,

Feeling it being soothed and healed with this beautiful high vibrational yellow light.

And then this light flows out into the third layer of my energy body.

And then this light flows out into the fourth layer of my energy body.

Inviting in the color orange now,

Feeling this light,

Feeling my sacral chakra,

Disconnecting all unhealthy,

Invasive threads,

Connections,

And cords with complete forgiveness and unconditional love.

And then this light floods my ovaries for females,

Testicles for males,

Filling these areas with soothing,

Healing,

High vibrational orange light.

And then this light flows out into the second layer of my energy body,

Always working its divine healing magic.

And now,

Inviting in the color red,

Feeling this light,

Feeling my root chakra,

Disconnecting all unhealthy,

Invasive threads,

Connections,

And cords with complete forgiveness and unconditional love.

And then this red light floods my adrenal glands and then flows out into the first layer of my energy body,

Relaxing,

Repairing,

Cleansing.

Noticing,

Once again,

That you are completely surrounded by the light.

Once again,

That you are completely surrounded by a brilliant,

Very fine,

High vibrational,

Sparkling,

Golden white light.

And feeling this warm,

Delicious energy embracing you once again,
