Today we are settling in for a meditation with a positive mantra.
The mantra we are going to use today is,
I am powerful.
Yes you are.
So let's settle in.
Relaxing your face.
Relaxing your jaw.
Bringing yourself fully into this moment.
Gently closing the eyes.
Settle and relax.
As we use this mantra today,
We are going to allow our experience to flow as it is.
Going with the flow of any thoughts,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Anything that arises.
Just observing it and bringing ourselves back to our anchor.
Back to our mantra.
I am powerful.
We're going to start with our breath flowing as it is.
Not trying to change it.
And then bringing our mind to the mantra.
So either say out loud or in your head after me.
I am powerful.

Keep breathing.
Repeating it again.
I am powerful.

I am powerful.
Whatever comes,
We let it come.
Thoughts.
Sensations.
Emotions.
We just bring ourselves back to our mantra.
I am powerful.
If we get lost in thought,
That's okay.
We just bring ourselves back.
Either repeating out loud or in our minds.
I am powerful.
I am powerful.
Allowing the breath to flow naturally as it is.
Whatever your natural rate and rhythm is right now.
And always bringing ourselves back to our mantra.
I am powerful.
It's okay to experience thoughts or notice sounds.
Or sensations.
Just observe them and bring yourself back to that mantra.

Now keeping the eyes closed,
Let go of the mantra.
Continue to breathe.
Just allow your mind to be.
Allowing any sensations in the body to settle down.
And in your own time,
When you are feeling ready,
You can slowly open your eyes and ease back into the rest of your day.
Keeping that mantra with you when you need it.
