Make yourself comfortable and when you are ready close your eyes.

I ask that you give yourself permission to go on a visual journey with me.

Imagine you are in a free world as colourful as a rainbow,

As bright as the sun,

Birds chirping with a fresh cool breeze.

Allow yourself a place in this world where you have unlimited time.

You may want to picture yourself sitting on a swing,

Feeling the warmth of the sun.

Perhaps you can feel the dry leaves rustling under your feet.

A gentle breeze softly touching your skin.

It's just you swinging your worries away until your heart is content.

You may also imagine laying in a field surrounded by delicate flowers,

Looking up and noticing you are laying under a vibrant green tree.

Can you see the fullness of the leaves on the tree,

Their colour so vibrant and green,

As bright as lime can be?

Can you hear the light sounds of nature as the wind gently flows through the tree?

Do you feel the air as it blows ever so softly on your face?

Allow it to free you and heal you.

I ask that you check in with your body now.

Can you feel your jaw relax?

You may want to move it gently from side to side,

Releasing any tension.

Can you feel your eyelids relaxed,

Gently leaning on one another?

Is your head relaxed?

You may want to drop your shoulders a little.

Are your arms,

Hands,

Fingers all relaxed?

Allow the gentle rise and fall of your chest and your stomach.

Just breathing in a rhythm that is comfortable for you.

Another inhale and exhale is soft and relaxed.

Do your legs feel heavy?

Release the weight of your thighs,

Your knees,

Calves,

Feet.

Allow the ground beneath you to take all your weight.

It's safe to let it go.

Be free.

Just breathe and relax.

You may want to take a moment now to breathe slowly and deeply.

Taking it all in.

There is no hurry.

Breathe in the fresh,

Beautiful air,

Reviving all the oxygen within your body.

This peaceful place has been created for you.

Taking a moment now to take a big breath in and just sigh out.

Sigh any worries that you may have.

It is just you.

No one is watching or listening.

There is no one to judge you.

It is only you.

Inhaling and exhaling.

Letting it all go.

Taking in a big deep breath.

And sighing your worries out.

You may want to do this again.

There is no urgency.

Nothing else matters in this world that you've created.

It's only this moment.

Breathing and releasing.

Breathing and releasing.

Breathing and releasing.

Breathing and releasing.

Breathing and releasing.

Breathing and releasing.

I would like to bring your awareness back into the room.

What can you hear?

Can you sense anything different?

And for our last few moments together you may want to take a moment here to check in.

Check in with your mind.

With your body.

It's okay to ask how am I feeling now?

It is also okay to nurture and love yourself.

Know this journey is yours to take whenever you need to.

Wherever you go and whatever you do.

Remember to be well.

Be kind.

Be you.

And be loved.

I am so grateful you have taken this journey with me.

Take your time and open your eyes when you're ready.
