This is a light, guided meditation that gives you the ability to relax and just be. We all deserve time out to breathe, reflect and feel gratitude. This is a well balanced meditation, that although guided, will not restrict you from your natural flow.

Thank you for taking the time to join me in this meditation.

Feel free to sit comfortably or leave if you prefer.

Take a moment to shuffle around and find a position that is right for you.

When you feel ready I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Slowly allowing your eyelids to rest.

Focus on the natural rhythm of your breath.

Can you feel the rise and the fall?

Inhale and exhale at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Allow yourself this time.

Take a moment or two to just be.

Relax into this world.

Let your shoulders relax.

Let go.

Feel the weight of them drop.

Feel your face soften.

Your jaw soft and relaxed.

Your eyes.

.

.

 Be aware of your hands.

Feel the tingling sensations through your fingertips.

Allow the weight of your body to just sink effortlessly.

Just surrender.

Surrender to this moment of peace.

Om.

Om.

For our last few moments,

I would like to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Breathing slowly and deeply,

Embracing the time that you have given to yourself.

Bring your awareness back into the room.

Observe the energy in the room.

And when you feel ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Thank you.

For taking the time out.

Until the next time,

Be well,

Be kind,

Be you and be love.

I listened to your meditation while holding an amethyst crystal. I felt this white light come over me. It was an incredible experience. Thanks for doing this.
