Find a comfortable space to just be.
For the next little while,
There are no rules.
You may want to sit upright in a chair,
Legs crossed on the floor or laying down in a position that is right for you.
Gently close your eyes and give yourself permission to be still and to check in.
No guilt,
No rush and no restrictions.
Allow your breath to flow in and out,
Just observing its natural rhythm.
There is no pressure to breathe in a certain way,
Just breathe and know you are breathing.
Allow yourself this moment to just be.
Knowing that you are here and you are now.
And you are present.
I want to bring your awareness to your body.
Can you relax your jaw?
Let your face soften and feel the tension release from your forehead.
Bring your attention to your shoulders.
Can you feel the weight of them?
It's okay to release the tension.
Feel them getting lighter and lighter.
Feel the weightlessness as you breathe.
Feel the lightness in your chest as it expands and retracts.
Feel the energy as it flows through your arms.
Can you feel the tingling light sensation in your fingertips?
Let this relaxed energy flow through your entire body.
Allow the muscles in your legs to relax.
Release all your weight into the chair,
All the ground that supports you.
Let it all go.
This is your time.
It is okay to just be.
It's okay to just relax.
No stress.
No rules.
No restrictions.
It's just flow.
It's just you.
Just this moment.
Just breathe.
Let it all go.
It's okay to just be.
It's okay to just be.
It's okay to just be.
For the last few moments of our meditation,
I would like to bring your awareness back into the room.
Observe the energy in the room.
Take a moment to appreciate that you have this safe,
Comfortable space and that you created it for yourself.
This is your time.
And your space.
You can come back here anytime.
When you are ready,
With no pressure and no urgency,
Open your eyes.
And let it all go.
Thank you for joining me in this meditation.
Always be well and be kind.
Be you and be love.
Namaste.
