Imagine deliberately and without struggle, taking time out of your day, to go into the silence within. Imagine developing the subconscious habit of stopping all momentum of thought and feeling to commune with your inner beloved self. Imagine controlling your state of being throughout the day, and aligning with inner peace, compassion, balance, and self-love. This is your birthright, yet it is not the normal state of beingness. The normal state of beingness, ungoverned, is often anxious, stressed, and disorganized. However, your truest state is balance, harmony, and complete contentment.
