Close your eyes and begin to get very very comfortable.
Dear ones,
Bring your awareness into your body,
Your sacred temple,
The vehicle that houses the divine,
Miraculous,
Ethereal,
Quantum being that you are.
The machine that houses your inner child,
Your chakras,
The physical matter that you are,
That is subject to the law of vibration,
The physical entity that you are,
That is subject to gravity,
The inner child,
The spiritual entity that you are,
Is housed in this miraculous,
Miraculous gift called the human body.
Although,
Perhaps,
You have never felt quite like a miracle,
You are.
Although,
Perhaps,
Because the subconscious mind is so vast and the mental field is only responsible for perhaps 5% of your total conscious consciousness,
And because our brains are designed to help us control our fears,
It is not our brains fault,
It is preoccupied with fear.
You are dear ones,
Dear dear dear ones,
Precious,
Angelic,
And if it were not for our physical bodies,
We would all ascend,
We would all know we were angelic beings.
Our body and the cells in our body contain memories.
Our brains manage our bodies,
Our spirit,
The non-physical aspect of who we are.
Although separate from the mind and the body,
Are subject to the mind and the body.
We can never separate spirit from mind and mind from spirit,
Body from spirit,
And non-physical.
We are all trinities,
We are the Father,
We are the Son,
And we are the Holy Spirit.
The Father is mind,
The Son is flesh,
The Spirit is that non-physical aspect of who we are.
Many of us have been born to families who are dysfunctional,
And that's not our fault.
That's not our fault.
Many of us have been laden with pain,
Injured early on,
Our brains tried desperately to make sense of this place called Planet Earth.
So innate and so wise and so essential it is to feel connected to other people as infants and babies and children,
We clung to people who perhaps harmed us.
That is not our fault,
That is part of the grand design.
Children are born feeling attached to and one with Mother.
In utero,
Mother represents the Father,
The growing feed is the Son,
And they share one spirit.
And although perhaps some Mothers do not feel that spiritual connection to their child because of their own psychic wounds,
The child still basks and clings to the perception of One.
For up to almost two years,
Children feel within trinity with Mother,
In spite of the Mother's disconnect.
That is not our fault.
For those of us who needed Mother,
But yet felt rejected by Mother,
There is pain traced back to a time when we were unable to cognitively understand that our Mothers,
In rejecting us,
Were rejecting themselves.
For those of us whose bonds with Mothers were insufficient,
It is not our fault.
And in many cases,
We have developed attachments.
These attachments are rooted in fear,
The fear of feeling non-attached,
Which causes bruising and insecurities deep within the root chakra.
Imagine a red ball spinning.
Imagine this red ball spinning and getting larger and larger.
Imagine the fear of being abandoned,
Stuck inside your root chakra.
Imagine your body holding onto this fear because your mind is doing what it can to prevent the feeling of separateness from Mother.
Tell your body it's okay to let go.
Tell your body your divine,
Quantum,
Ethereal,
Omnipotent spirit is what you need now.
Tell your brain it's okay to let go.
Tell your body you now know that you are enough.
Ask yourselves to open up so that any residual pain or fear that is trapped within the root chakra can escape.
Imagine now that you are being bathed in collective,
Magnificent,
Golden,
Love,
And universal light energy.
Imagine that you have the ability to awaken the true self.
You are the Father,
You are the Son,
And you are the Holy Spirit.
Within your mind is the pineal gland.
Like a flashlight,
The pineal gland allows you to see the programs that are holding you back.
Early childhood wounds perhaps have made it impossible for you to feel safe on this planet,
In your family,
Or at work,
And or in relationships.
I understand,
Dear one,
We understand.
Those of us with similar wounds understand.
But because our bodies are divine extensions of creator and source,
And because we are more than what our five percent conscious mind believes we are,
When we step out of the box,
The skull is.
When we take deep breaths and imagine more,
When we trust the miraculous vehicle our body is,
And we allow it to release trauma,
When we trust it,
When we connect to higher consciousness and speak to it,
When we command our body the way creator intended us to do,
When we learn to speak like the masters of our body we were intended to be,
When we consciously remember we are not children anymore,
When we refuse to be slaves to fear,
When we refuse to be slaves to other people's programming,
When our bodies feel lighter,
Our vibrations increase,
We feel more connected to self,
To Gaia,
To the universe,
To other planetary systems,
To nature,
To the mineral kingdom,
To the plant kingdom,
To the animal kingdom,
To the subatomic kingdom,
We must awaken inside our own skulls.
The root chakra has been spinning as if inside a washing machine.
These thoughts represent new data,
They represent enlightenment,
They represent new thought forms.
We need new data.
We cannot create new patterns without new data,
And we cannot solve problems with the same level of consciousness that created those problems.
If nothing changes,
Nothing changes.
Observe the red ball spinning.
Imagine the root chakra recalibrating.
Imagine higher self speaking to lower self.
Imagine as your mind explodes,
As it begins to feel connected to unity consciousness.
Watch how any dark spots in the root chakra begin to lighten.
As your conscious mind,
Your mental field sends new data and information into the subconscious realm.
Listening to these meditations improves your chances greatly of healing completely.
It was data that created old programs,
And it is data that will heal the old programs.
You are here by no accident.
The information being downloaded into your subconscious mind has been divinely inspired.
It is your heart and your intention that has manifested this experience.
This meditation is a manifestation of a high vibration within you that wishes to expand.
If that were not so,
You would not be here.
Your mission was to incarnate here on earth and to remember who you really are.
The question before humanity is,
Can man remember that he,
She,
We are God incarnate without ego?
You are amongst a chosen few who have before them an opportunity to change the world.
One mind and one transcended ego at a time.
Lightworkers have great responsibility.
It is up to us to help others awaken to spiritual knowledge and to live life with grace and dignity,
Humility,
Empathy,
Without arrogance,
Without greed,
And without ego.
Watch now as this red ball that represents your root chakra begins to slow.
Imagine it being stained free,
Released of the fear that's been held in the body that you are not enough.
Feel the calm that comes from knowing the pain has had a purpose.
It has forced you to grow.
It has forced you to seek.
It has forced you to ask questions.
And it has offered you an opportunity to transcend and to know your true nature.
You are enough.
You always were enough.
It was childhood programming that taught you that you were not enough.
And at that point you will decide to stay in deep meditation and to begin programming your own subconscious mind with new thought or you can awaken.
One,
Become aware of the sounds in your room.
Two,
Become aware of the chair or the bed beneath you.
Three,
Wiggle your toes.
Four,
Wiggle your fingers.
Five,
Gently,
Gently open your eyes and remember that for the past 30 minutes your spirit has been connected on a quantum level to others on the same path.
