I’m currently dealing with a narcissistic relationship with a friend, and it feels like I’m walking on eggshells near her. This really helped me get out of that cage she trapped me in. There’s only a few little times I enjoy being with her. She freaks out if she doesn’t get her way, and of course, gaslights me and says “Well, i guess you hate me” if I don’t want to do something with her. and this helps me break out and run far, far away. And yeah, I can see she’s trying to make me crazy. Thank you!

The one I connected with didn't have a real heart. But only manipulated with the heart and tried to take power over.
I felt as the narcissist was after some of my qualities by trying to take power over me. But you are right. They, the ego, can't stand the light. They have no access to spirit whatsoever.
