Welcome!

This sample of Organized Calm is a mini version of a 10-minute meditation titled GLOW,

Designed to refresh and brighten your immediate field of energy,

And it introduces the collection's style of meditation.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable sitting position.

Sit up tall,

Your back and spine straight.

If you're in a chair,

Uncross your legs and put both feet flat on the floor.

Lift your chin up.

Look out at the world,

Not down at your feet.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Relax your neck and shoulders and let your cares roll down in a way,

Feeling your arms soften.

Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale out of your mouth.

And again,

Inhale and exhale.

Notice the rhythm and cadence of your breath and begin to regulate your breathing evenly,

Slowing it down and finding a comfortable rhythm.

Now,

Visualize a tiny ember deep down inside,

A small but bright amber-colored glow in the region of your lower abdomen behind the navel.

Its soft glow radiates outward with each breath,

Sparkling and warming as you inhale,

And gaining in circumference as you exhale.

Inhaling,

You illuminate every corner.

Exhaling,

Your light expands in size and brilliance,

Reaching into every internal region,

Top to bottom and side to side.

With every breath,

You watch your light grow until it pushes past the borders of your physicality,

Creating a faint silhouette of luminescence surrounding you.

You feel warm and weightless,

Brightened and beautiful,

Connected yet boundless.

As you breathe life into this luminous layer and visualize the surface of your skin shimmering with a radiant aura,

Becoming brighter with each breath you take,

Shining with an incandescence that is palpable,

And providing a lasting glow to carry with you past this moment,

A glow that you can feel and others can see.

Now bring your awareness back to the place in which you sit.

Notice the rhythm of your breath and feel relaxation streaming through your system.

Take a deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Feel the sensation of warmth surrounding you and a visceral tingling on the surface of your skin,

The manifestation of your inner light coaxed to the surface.

Open your eyes or sharpen your gaze,

Gather yourself and head back into your day feeling refreshed,

Luminous and glowing.
