Welcome.

My name is Lily Wang.

I'm the creator of the Wiggle Way and I'm here to guide you on a journey to your inner knowing.

We've all been there to dark places of despair in the cold shadows of hopelessness.

It's okay,

Dear one.

I've been there too.

I want you to know that no matter how alone you might feel or how sad,

Scared or despairing,

There is a higher being within you that knows how to soothe all of your parts with unconditional love.

This is radical healing.

I'm going to guide you now in a meditation to access this part of yourself to be a resource in any situation you might face.

Let's begin.

Please join me in seated meditation.

Just begin to find a comfortable position with your body.

Once you're there,

Gently softening your gaze and when you're ready,

You can close down the veil of your eyes or stare at a spot just in front of you.

Now you can invite yourself to turn inward so that you can truly see.

Just focusing on the space of your third eye center.

Taking some deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Letting go with a sigh.

Feeling the air move through your nostrils up into your nasal cavity and back out your throat.

With each cycle of breath,

Dipping deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.

Letting go of anything you don't need in this very moment.

I want you to let this feeling of relaxation travel down your body from the crown of your head down to your feet,

Bathing all your cells in a soothing wave of relaxation.

Now let this flow of relaxation fill your whole body and surround you in a cocoon or a cloud of soothing gentle energy.

Let yourself rest here knowing you are safe.

Now picturing a sun or a star or a ball of warm light at the base of your skull and just allowing it to radiate throughout your mind.

Harmonizing your brain waves and relaxing your mind as we prepare to take a break from the thinking mind and ultimately shift into a more intuitive space.

Allowing your thinking mind to take a well-deserved rest.

We are taking a journey to connect with the part of you that is one with all that is.

This is the part of you that is free from any worries,

Any fears,

And the part of you that's here to help in any difficult or challenging situation you may face.

This part is always here,

Always accessible,

And always in service to your highest good.

I want you to take a few deep breaths centering in your awareness of this part of you.

Knowing that it's the part of you that has only your highest good as its sole intent.

Notice any sensations you feel.

Whenever you feel these sensations you'll know that this part is here guiding and protecting you.

You are infinite.

You are source energy.

You are light manifested in human form.

May you always know your value.

Coming back to the breath.

Notice the support of Mother Earth beneath you.

You might like to set an intention for the rest of your day.

When you're ready come back to the space that you are in.

Coming back to the body,

Back to the breath,

And when it feels natural to you,

Awaken.

Open your eyes.
