Welcome to the wiggle way.
This is a hypnotic sequence designed to help you deeply relax and connect with inner wisdom.
Let's begin.
Taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose.
Allowing your breath to bring relaxation throughout your entire body and with each exhale letting go of anything you don't need right now.
Listening to the sound of my voice dropping deeper and deeper into a state of relaxation.
We begin with waking alpha.
A state of consciousness described as wakeful relaxation.
The alpha state boosts creativity,
Intuition,
And inspiration.
And it's the state where healing and creative manifestation can happen.
I'm going to lead you now in an alpha sequence which you can do anytime,
Anywhere to enter the alpha state.
Just listen to my voice.
Step one.
I want you to start by relaxing your jaw.
As you do,
Your jaw naturally opens and drops slightly.
This relaxed position signals comfort to your entire body ecosystem.
Step two.
Gradually slow down your breathing.
Get into a comfortable,
Slow rhythm with a long exhalation.
This allows your body to relax even further which allows your mind to drift peacefully.
Step three.
Now relax the back of your tongue.
I want you to liberate your tongue from the part of your mind that prepares to speak.
Imagine speech dissolving as the mind is freed to experience new and expansive thoughts.
Perhaps no thoughts at all.
Maybe silence or stillness.
Step four.
Drop your awareness into your heart.
I want you to imagine your consciousness moving down into your heart center.
And as you breathe in,
You begin breathing through your heart.
Imagine every breath in and every breath out.
Now going through the loving grace of your heart.
Gentle,
Peaceful,
And wise.
Step five.
As you continue breathing with your heart,
I want you to bring your attention to a sense of spaciousness all around you.
The more you notice this sense of space,
The lighter and lighter you feel.
And the lighter you feel,
The more you begin dropping into an even deeper state of calm.
Now gradually slow down your breathing even further.
And allow it to be gentle,
Soft,
Becoming one.
Feeling connected,
Light,
And free.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Just remain here for a moment.
Remaining in this state of waking alpha,
I want you to invite a sense of curiosity.
Curiosity is the ability to pursue growth over defensiveness.
Curiosity is very powerful in this sense because in a heightened state of curiosity,
We're able to transcend our ego's desire to be right.
This opens up a whole new way of being where we can access more information than we normally do.
So let's invite that curiosity.
Allow yourself to be delighted by life.
Trust that life is full of infinite possibilities.
The more you open to life.
Now with this state of curiosity,
I want you to go within.
Drop your awareness into your body and notice.
Imagine yourself as a molecule at the very center of your body.
Be in that space.
Bring that sense of curiosity within.
Notice what's calling for your attention.
It might be a particular part of your body,
Such as your belly or your chest.
It might be a sensation or it might just be your inner energy field.
Just notice.
Staying in your inner space,
I want you to give thanks to whatever part of your body you just connected with.
Whether it was a specific body part or just your inner energy field.
Give thanks for all that it does for you.
You might notice a sense of warmth or peacefulness at this step.
That's because our bodies enjoy being appreciated by us.
Just spend some time sending gratitude.
Staying connected,
I want you now to listen.
Offer your attention to your inner space and listen without attachment.
What does your inner space have to say?
This might show up as pain,
As a sensation,
Maybe lightness or tingling.
It might show up as warmth or coolness or maybe as numbness.
If you're not noticing anything,
It can be helpful to start with affirming,
I'm here.
I'm here.
I'm going to give you a moment now to just listen.
When we listen to our bodies,
Our mind is able to relax and we come to understand that it's not all up to the mind to solve the world's problems or to have all of the answers.
So often we place too much stress on our minds when in fact we have these beautiful bodies composed of trillions of cells,
Each with their own intelligence.
All we have to do is place our awareness on relaxing and enjoying and allowing our body's wisdom to speak to us.
In a moment,
I'm going to count from 1 to 10.
And as I do,
Just allowing each number to make your connection with your entire body stronger and deeper and wider.
You're feeling this connection with your body so strongly.
Two,
Letting each number deepen this connection,
Knowing that this connection is yours.
Three,
Knowing you can bring this connection with you into the rest of your life.
Four,
Knowing that you can bring this transformation into every relationship in your life.
Five,
Knowing that this can happen at every level of your being,
Physically,
Spiritually,
Mentally,
And emotionally.
Six,
Now you're feeling the surface beneath you.
Seven,
Noticing where your breath is.
Eight,
Beginning to stretch a bit.
Nine,
When we get to 10,
You'll be back in the room remembering everything.
And 10,
Opening your eyes when you are ready.
