Welcome,

Welcome to this moment,

Welcome to rest and relaxation just find yourself a spot,

A place that you feel comfortable and you can relax you should be listening to this recording when you are able to stop and you are able to give some time for yourself find that moment during the day or the night,

But this is a moment to stop,

It's a moment to connect with yourself and to pay a little bit more attention to yourself find that place and start by paying attention to your breath no changes are needed,

Just attention to the way you are breathing right now just give yourself the opportunity to connect with whatever is there right now stay focused on your breath,

You can pay attention on the speed,

The density but also the movement,

That type of breath that you are doing right now is giving to your body and just connect with that,

Nothing more to be done just that simple connection and attention to your breath give yourself the opportunity to relax,

Give yourself in every exhalation one more muscle that goes down that can melt,

That can relax,

That's right,

Give yourself that memory of relaxation every time that you breathe out you can amplify this relaxation by exhaling with your mouth open and letting go on the centre of your chest just do that,

Just let it go and every time that you do it,

One more muscle is going down just relax a little bit more,

That's right,

Give yourself permission to melt to feel the weight of your body against the surface that you are sitting or lay down just get the awareness of the presence in your back,

In your shoulders or in your legs that's right,

Continue giving yourself the permission to relax and now you are more than ready to just pay attention and listen to yourself now it's time to ask why I'm doing what I'm doing that's right,

Let all the answers come,

Can come in words,

Images,

Sensations,

Sounds,

Feelings anything is possible because your system speaks all the languages,

It can give you information in many and different languages that's right,

Now go again inside and ask your body,

Your system to generate three or more different behaviours the ones that you have until now,

Go and ask yourself and say to yourself generate three or more alternative behaviours for this same situation or intention,

Receive all the possibilities,

Receive all this information from your body,

From your system connect with all the intentions,

All the behaviours that are possible,

Listen to them in any form or language that they come to you that's right,

If you want you can say it again,

Promote three or more different behaviours from the ones that I had until now for this situation or intention,

That's right,

Let your system go to different parts,

Different possibilities,

Different moments let your system bring you the solution for this situation,

That's right sometimes we don't need to know all the answers,

We just can trust that the system will find new ways of dealing with the situation that's right,

Just relax and receive all this new information from your system,

That's right now it's time to take responsibility for the change,

Ask yourself to your system,

Are you willing to accept the responsibility of integrating these new behaviours in your daily life wait for your answer from the system,

From the centre,

That's right wait for your answer,

That's right now it's time to go to our body and to connect with all the sensations that are driving this experience that we are having right now I want to focus your attention on your mouth and throat,

Connect with your mouth and throat that's right,

Pay attention to that part of your body and connect with all the sensations and feelings that come to you when you think about your mouth and your throat and when you start feeling your mouth and your throat pay attention to every feeling,

Every sensation that comes to you right now that's right amplify all the sensations and all the feelings that come to you via your system when you are paying attention to your mouth and your throat right now that's right now collect all this information and take right now a clear decision what are you going to do in the next days to change the situation that you are in take that decision right now that's right relax and give yourself the opportunity of change,

Give yourself the opportunity of doing something different because you know that whatever is happening now is you also doing it for different reasons,

With different intentions but you are the one doing it,

You know also that you have the power to do something radically different tomorrow and that is your decision,

You are the one that needs to be doing this,

You are the one that can use your full system to do this just pay attention to your body,

Pay attention to your system and believe and trust that your system is also able to do something new we don't need to repeat just by repeating,

We can change,

That is the most intense nature for human beings is change we are made for change every time that you find yourself in a situation that you don't desire,

That you don't want for yourself,

You are the one that needs to take the decision of not going there the decision of choosing for a different path,

For a different sensation,

For a different behaviour everything that you are doing right now that is unhealthy for you,

You can stop it also right now just take that decision right now,

Choose to be healthy,

Choose to be happy,

Choose to be free that is your own decision and you have that power because right now you are deciding as well but you are deciding for something that maybe is not so healthy for you,

Change that right now and you probably can feel the power of that decision also in your system you can feel your energy going up and your courage getting accelerated,

That's the magic every time that you take a decision you are gaining more power for yourself,

More freedom you are becoming yourself even more and more,

That's right,

Simple like that right now breathe in,

Breathe out,

Bring all the knowledge,

Bring all the learnings,

Bring all the information to the now integrate them right now,

That's right,

Bring a different sensation to your mouth,

To your throat,

To your body that's right,

Very good,

Very good now with this energy and with change incorporated in your system,

It's time to come back to the now so it's time to breathe in,

Breathe out and in three,

You can open your eyes,
