Welcome.

This is a moment for yourself.

This is a moment for you to relax and rest.

So please,

Don't drive any type of machinery.

Don't get anything to be done right now.

Just pay attention to my voice and find yourself a place that you can just relax.

Support your head.

Maybe you can lay down or sit it.

This is the moment for you to rest.

And rest is not needed for a long time,

Most part of the times.

You can just get rest for one or two minutes.

Just closing your eyes and let your mind go empty.

Let yourself be driven to a different place,

A different zone,

A different dimension.

Only by my voice and your own desire of rest.

Rest is always self.

Rest is always you doing it.

Can you pay attention to that?

Can you pay attention?

How do you do your own rest?

Start by closing your eyes and without promoting any changes,

Just pay attention to your breath.

Just pay attention to any small detail that comes along with that very organic movement of breath.

Maybe some sounds are coming from outside.

Maybe some sounds are coming from the inside.

Just use them to help you out to relax even a little bit more.

Remember,

Relaxation is always self relaxation.

You are the one deciding when do you want to rest and relax.

Take your time.

Just let it breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Just lower and coming down yourself.

That's right.

Just let yourself go with the movement of resting and relaxation.

Remember,

It's only one or two minutes that you are going to give yourself the opportunity to relax.

That's right.

Fast resting is also resting.

Remember,

Slow down to speed up is necessary.

Rest before you need it.

Just close your eyes and let it go.

Let your body get a little bit more quiet.

Just a little bit more quiet.

And you are ready to come back full of energy to a new task,

To a new doing,

To anything that you want to do right now.

Just go into it.

See you.

Perfect! Exactly what I needed! I have so much trouble with just the little day to day transitions and this was short and to the point, while also creating a restful space to re-energize. Loved it. (Agree it would be nice to have the phone notification out of it but it didn’t distract that much for me.)
