Listen to this recording every night so that you can condition your nervous system for improved sleep.

You deserve to give your body and mind a rest and to wake up feeling refreshed and energized for your day.

As you lie on your bed,

Allow your body to relax.

Breathing deep into your abdomen,

Your body is becoming more and more relaxed.

Begin to let go of your thoughts.

There is nothing you need to think about right now,

Nothing you need to do.

You can just let those thoughts go as you drift deeper and deeper into sleep.

Imagine that you are standing beside the most beautiful river.

The water is so clear that you can see right down to the bottom.

You can see the lush green trees and grass.

You can feel a gentle breeze on your face.

You can hear the beautiful sounds of nature and birds singing in the distance.

You feel so relaxed and calm here.

You are safe.

When thoughts arise,

You gently place them in the river and let them drift away.

You can just enjoy being in this wonderful place.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

There is nothing you need to think about here,

Nothing you need to do.

You can finally let yourself rest.

You can simply enjoy how beautiful and calming this place is.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

You feel so safe and at peace.

You notice that there is a cozy bed to lie down on and the most beautiful blanket to curl up in.

It's so safe and beautiful here.

Just breathe.

As you curl up in your blanket,

You can hear the calming sounds of the river and birds singing in the distance.

You can feel the gentle breeze on your face as you drift further and further into a deep sleep.
