Welcome.
My name is Libby Lucier.
And I'm your guide for this menopause activation and transmission.
Whether you're in perimenopause,
Menopause,
Or beyond.
I'm so glad that you're here.
This season of life is more than a hormonal transition.
It's an invitation to pause,
To listen.
And to awaken to a new way of being.
While your body is still changing.
Something within you is also emerging.
Greater wisdom.
Deeper intuition.
And a more authentic expression of who you are.
I encourage you to begin to honor both the challenges and the gifts of this transition.
Allowing yourself to release what no longer serves you.
To reconnect with your inner strength.
And embrace the woman.
You are becoming.
This is not the end of something beautiful.
It's the beginning of a powerful new chapter.
I invite you to find yourself in a comfortable position.
And allow your body to soften.
Allow your jaw to unclench.
And allow your shoulders to release.
Take a slow breath in through your nose.
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Again,
Breathe in life.
And breathe out pressure.
One more breath in.
Remembrance.
And breath out fear.
Beloved,
Your body has carried seasons.
Cycles.
Births,
And deaths.
Beginnings and Endings.
Love and grief.
Joy and exhaustion.
And now your body is speaking differently.
Not wrongly.
Not broken.
Just differently.
This season is not about punishment.
It's transformation.
I invite you to place one hand over your heart.
And place the other over your womb.
Your belly.
Or your midsection,
Which is your solar plexus.
And just feel yourself here.
You are not disappearing.
You are becoming more visible.
To yourself.
The woman who once gave all of her time and energy outward is now being called inward.
Right now your body is asking for honesty.
For rest when needed.
For nourishment.
For truth.
And for presence.
Now imagine a warm,
Golden light.
Directly above your head.
Soft.
Ancient.
And loving.
This warm light begins to pour gently.
Down through your crown at the top of your head.
Relaxing your mind and your brain.
Your eyes.
Relaxing your throat.
And continue to follow this light down into your chest.
Into your heart space and around your heart.
And your ribs.
And down into the belly.
And womb space.
And as this light fills you,
Silently repeat to yourself.
I honor the wisdom of my body.
I release shame around aging.
I am still radiant.
I give myself permission to change.
I do not need to become invisible.
To be loved.
I welcome the wise woman within me.
Feel those words settling into every cell of your body.
You,
Beloved,
Are entering a sacred initiation.
And awakening beyond performance.
Beyond proving yourself.
Beyond overgiving.
Your value is not in how much you produce.
Your value is in your presence.
Your truth.
Your soul.
Now imagine the women who came before you.
Mothers.
Sisters.
Aunties grandmothers,
Ancestors.
Women who were never taught.
How sacred.
This transition truly is.
Imagine them standing behind you now.
Honoring you.
Supporting you.
And imagine the women who will come after you.
Watching you become free.
Watching you mature with wisdom.
Instead of fear.
Beloved,
You are the bridge.
Take another slow breath in.
And exhale fully.
And as you do,
Notice and feel your nervous system settling.
Feel your body softening.
And feel your spirit expanding.
You do not need to rush this season.
And you do not need to fight your body.
You are being invited into deeper alignment.
Deeper intuition.
And deeper self-value.
Now quietly say to yourself,
I trust the timing of my transformation.
My body is wise.
My spirit is alive.
I welcome this new chapter with grace.
And finally,
I am becoming the woman.
I was always meant to be.
Now take one final deep breath in.
And slowly exhale.
And when you're ready.
You may gently open your eyes.
And feel your body.
Present.
And remember beloved.
This is not the end of your power.
This is the deepening of it.
You are changing and you are still becoming.
This is not the ending of you.
This is the unveiling of you.
Welcome to the sacred threshold.
Welcome to your transformation.
Namaste Beloved.
Namaste.
