Hi,

Welcome.

My name is Lenza and this is a grounding meditation designed to bring yourself back into your body and back to the earth.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat and grab a pair of headphones.

And then start with closing the eyes.

Allow the hands to find their way to the knees and then soften the shoulders.

Take a deep breath in and then exhale fully.

Again,

Fill up the lungs.

Exhale fully.

One more time.

Inhale.

And then exhale empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Move your awareness to the natural breath.

Allow it to flow in and out of the body naturally.

Release any tension you have in the belly.

Allow it to move up and down freely.

Observe how you feel right now and listen to what the body is telling you without any judgment.

And start to soften the face.

Relax the cheeks.

Unclench the jaw.

The forehead,

Eyelids and even the tongue in your mouth.

Let the shoulders be heavy,

The arms be heavy.

And then soften your heart.

Move down.

Allow the hips to relax.

And then notice the sitting bones grounded.

Forming the foundation for your pose and connecting you to the earth.

Let the legs be heavy.

Moving down to the feet.

Feel how they also touch the earth.

Feel how you can be grounded and connected to the earth at all times.

Because gravity will take care of that.

And know that that is a certainty.

That you will be here.

And then let go of any assumption that you have to be anywhere else.

Enjoy the moment your gaze inwards.

Bring your attention to your heart.

Now place the right hand and left hand onto the heart.

Connect to its rhythm.

And then come back home.

Arriving here.

In this moment.

In your body.

Being exactly where you need to be.

And take a deep breath.

And then exhale fully.

Again inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Last one inhale.

And then exhale empty,

Empty,

Empty,

Empty.

Take a moment to observe how you feel right now.

In a moment of feeling close.

Take it with you for the rest of your day.

Wonderful. The background sounds were a bit overwhelming-hard to hear the instruction at times, but I will definitely revisit this one.
