Hello beautiful people.
I hope you are having a wonderful day and welcome to another guided meditation.
My name is Lenthe and this meditation is for finding stillness.
Give yourself a moment to find a comfortable seat.
If you prefer to lie down,
That is also perfectly fine.
But wherever you are,
Bring your right hand onto your belly and your left hand onto your heart.
And then tune in to this moment.
Become aware of the rising and falling of the belly.
Feel how your body moves.
This constant moving of the breath in and out that you can trust the body with.
So don't force the inhalations or the exhalations.
Just let the breath move freely.
Make sure you soften the face,
You drop the shoulders,
Let go of tension,
So your complete focus can go to the here and now.
What does it mean to you to be in this moment,
Knowing that there is not going to be any moment like it?
What does that make you feel?
Start to find comfort in knowing that this moment is inevitable.
It is always constantly happening right now.
So allow yourself to move away from anything that makes you worry or makes you feel the need to hurry.
Come back to yourself,
To that stillness in this moment.
You don't have anywhere else you need to be.
In this moment,
There is nothing else you can do but be here.
So move into that stillness and notice how when you inhale,
At the top there is a pause before you exhale.
Notice it again.
Inhale,
Feel the pause,
And then exhale.
One more time.
Inhale,
Notice the stillness,
And then exhale.
Nothing is forced.
Nothing is needed.
Just you,
Connecting to you.
And slowly drop the hands away from the body.
Notice the rising and falling of the belly and the chest again.
Stay present.
Be soft.
Be still.
Then hold on to that stillness for the rest of your day.
Keep it close.
Take one more deep breath in,
Pause,
Exhale fully.
Two more like this.
Inhale,
Pause,
Exhale.
Last breath,
Inhale,
Pause,
Exhale.
Take your hands together in front of your heart,
And then thank yourself for taking this moment.
Thank you for joining me.
Namaste.
