This next 30 minutes is for you and you only. You gave yourself this time, This moment to relax and restore. I invite you to place your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your heart. Take a moment to feel gratitude for this beautiful beating heart of yours. This heart that's been with you since before you were born. Continue to beat for you until your last breath. Take a deep breath in. There's absolutely nowhere to be right now, Nothing to do. If thoughts begin to come in, Allow them to gently slip away. Without judgment, Just notice them and return to your breath. The past is just a memory and the future but a dream. With your next inhale, Commit to be here now. You are safe, Held by the earth beneath you. Allow your body to fully relax and let go. Deep rest. Deep rest. Allow your body to arrive at a beautiful beach. Your favorite beach. You can feel the gentle breeze kissing your skin as the waves come in and out. Perhaps you can feel the sand beneath your toes. Are you here alone or is there someone with you? Feel yourself on this beach. Full tranquility. The waves wash over you. The sound washes over you, Clearing you of anything that no longer serves. No longer serves you, Your highest good, Or who you're becoming. Let it all go now. Give yourself a few more minutes here on this beach. Maybe you see a sunset or a sunrise near the horizon. This moment be beautiful and sacred and just for you. Come back to your body by breathing in and let it go. You may want to wiggle your toes and your fingers as you slowly reawaken. Come back to this room. You can roll over if you're laying down onto your right side or your left side. Into fetal position. Feel yourself as a little seed imbued with everything you need to thrive.
