
Talking To My Pain

Hoping you are well.
Today I'd like to talk to you about things that my clients are coming to see me for.
So many of my clients and students are experiencing so much pain in the body.
And when they go to their doctors,
The doctors can't figure out what's wrong.
And that's because it's not in a textbook,
It's not textbook pain.
Our world is in turmoil at the moment.
And we are bombarded with busyness and all the things that are going wrong.
And fear,
There's so much fear going on throughout our world,
Getting into our system.
If we have a practice,
Whether you call it a spiritual practice,
Yoga practice,
Meditation practice,
We have something to hang on to,
To guide us.
However,
We need something a little bit more than that.
Today I am here to invite you to get familiar with pain.
I myself have been working on my own pain and my own healing.
But today I would like for you to allow me to guide you and just tap into any pain that you may be experiencing.
So I invite you to find your favorite seat in the place that you're at and get comfortable.
In this space,
Whether it's on the floor,
It's on your bed,
Chair,
Maybe you're listening to this outside.
I invite you in this very moment to take a breath with me.
So breathe in and out.
And just notice what that first breath what that feels like throughout your system.
And again,
This time we're going to take a breath and when we breathe out,
We're going to relax our shoulders.
So go ahead and breathe in.
Relax those shoulders,
Let it out.
If it feels right,
And you're in a safe space,
I invite you to close your eyes.
Just close your eyes.
Possibly have your hands open on your lap.
Or if you're laying down,
Maybe you put your hands to the sides or on your solar plex and take another breath.
A little noise.
And now I invite you just to scan your body,
Just to scan it.
Check in with it.
Check in with your skin.
Check in at the very top of your head.
Shoulders,
Shoulder blades.
How about your lower back?
How is that feeling these days?
Your bottom pelvis,
The backs of your thighs,
Your heels.
Can you relax your feet a little bit more?
And I invite you that we are going to be surrounded in this safe space.
You are fully protected.
You are fully loved in this moment.
I want you to,
If you can,
Find the place that may be causing irritation in your body.
That may be causing a pain somewhere in your body.
Go to that place,
Whether it's your stomach,
Your throat.
Maybe it's all over.
Maybe it's your nervous system.
See it.
See it irritated.
See it maybe vibrating.
Maybe it's a color.
And just breathe into that area.
Take a breath and then send it to the pain.
So breathing in,
Gently send it to that spot.
Ask it to relax a little bit more.
And a little bit more.
Talking to that spot in your body.
I see you.
I hear you.
I feel you.
I am sorry.
I love you.
Relax that spot a little bit more.
And now I want you to bring focus to your feet.
The soles of your feet.
And I want you to imagine the most beautiful white light that you've ever seen in your life.
That you can even just imagine what that light looks like.
To me,
It's a beautiful white light,
But it has some hints of a beautiful soft blue to it.
Feel that light coming up from the ground and going into the soles of your feet.
And almost watch it like a paintbrush painting the bottoms of your feet,
Your toes,
The tops of your feet.
See that paintbrush with that light blue,
White light painting your ankles,
The calves.
Here it comes to the knees.
Feeling your knees relax a little bit more.
The backs of your knees.
Feel it moving with that tingling,
That healing.
Up your thighs,
Inner thighs,
Outer thighs,
The hips,
The pelvis,
All over the pelvis.
Go ahead and just relax the pelvis a little bit more.
Your bottom,
Your lower back,
Belly.
Feel it move through your solar plexus and your ribs.
Feel it moving up into your chest,
Painting both breasts.
Feel it tap a little deeper and it's sinking into your heart,
Your heart softens.
Your shoulders,
Down both arms,
Feel that light move out your fingertips.
Watching that paintbrush or paint brushes move back up and feel it move throughout your neck.
Almost a tickling sensation as it moves through your jaw.
Feeling your face relax a little bit more.
Feeling it in your eyes,
Eyebrows,
Forehead,
The very top of your skull and as it's there,
It's just tapping a little bit on there,
Very soft like a feather.
Easing,
Easing more light in through the crown,
Inviting it to go into your system,
To wash over your system,
More light,
Light,
That bluish white light coming in through the top of your head,
Moving throughout your nervous system.
Watching the paintbrush go down the back of your skull,
On the back of your neck,
Shoulder blades,
Down your spine,
Lower back,
All over your bottom,
Down the back of your legs.
Feel it moving everywhere.
And now stop.
See that light that was going in at the top of your head,
Entering into your system.
Let go of control,
Sink in a little bit more,
Soften,
Feel that light come in through the body as it moves throughout your nervous system.
Soften gentleness,
Breathing,
Watch it move throughout your system,
Down your legs,
Down your torso,
Out through your toes,
Washing away any type of pain,
Any type of worry.
Let's go a little deeper.
Feel it moving into your energetic being.
Any energy that you have picked up from others,
Wherever it came from,
We don't need to even know.
Just imagine that you picked up someone else's energy or maybe it's a few,
A few people's energy that you're carrying of worry.
Maybe it's the conscious collective of all the beings around you.
We're asking this energy and this light to wash our energetic self,
To bring us back into balance.
So see it moving through your system,
Removing any gray clouds or gray energy or any darkness.
Feel it lift.
If you need to,
Feel it burst.
I now clear and release any energy that is not mine and send it back into the collective consciousness as good,
Healed,
Loving energy.
Take a breath with me,
Breathing in a little noise.
I call in all energy that is good for my being.
May I remove any pain,
Any stress and anxiety.
May I be a light in this world to show people our true purpose and be of service to others.
I ask that I always walk in a healing modality.
I am always present and not bringing forth the past.
My energetic self feels clean and clear.
My insides are vibrating on a new level.
What physical pain?
I have no physical pain.
I release any thought of pain,
Grieving.
I welcome any vibrations to bring me into my best self.
May I release any pain,
Any stress,
Any stress and anxiety.
