To slow down and breathe and feel and be in this moment,
This one true gift of a moment.
So thank you so much.
So with that,
Let's just feel your body,
However it is,
Maybe sit.
And so that way you can just really ground yourself into the moment here,
Feeling the ground beneath you,
Whatever you're sitting on,
Just noticing,
Noticing what's here.
I'm clearly on a nice,
Soft,
Squishy surface.
So just noticing what surface you are sitting on,
Really attune,
Attune to the environment you're in,
Just noticing.
And what does it feel like beneath you?
Is it a soft surface or is it hard?
Is it warm or cold?
And then moving from there,
Noticing your posture,
What happens when you adjust your posture and you roll your shoulders back a few times,
Breathing and very gently moving the neck.
Paying attention,
Really slowly and paying attention.
Sometimes you can hear a little crackling happening,
Just being really mindful and then noticing if you can extend your spine a little bit straighter,
As if a string is pulling you up from the top of your head and then engaging the core,
Holding your body up.
Very nice.
And what's around you right now?
Maybe taking a moment to look around and seeing colors,
Shapes,
Textures,
Just noticing what's here in this moment.
Just checking things out,
Seeing where you are.
And do you hear anything else besides my voice in the environment that you're in,
In this moment?
Maybe there's traffic or music,
Just noticing what's here with a kind and curious attention.
Inviting the breath to be a little fuller and slowing down on the exhale as you're just noticing,
Noticing what's here for you in this moment.
And that's all.
And taking a nice deep breath together,
Hold it at the top,
Let it go with a nice vocal exhale.
Beautiful.
Yeah,
Just a little reset,
You know,
Just a mindful moment,
Checking yourself out.
Where are you in space and time right now?
Just taking a moment to slow down and notice.
