Hello sweet beings.
Let's take a few moments here to ground.
And so wherever you are,
Simply planting your feet on the ground.
If you're sitting or standing is just fine.
And if you need to lay down,
That's okay,
Too.
You can go ahead and bend your knees and feel your feet on the ground.
We're going to take a few full deep conscious belly breaths.
And the idea is allowing the belly to be soft.
And you're going to breathe in and fill the lungs and the belly all the way to the top.
And you're going to let it out with a nice vocal exhale.
The idea is to exhale out of the open mouth and going at your own pace,
Taking care of yourself.
The idea is to breathe in for a count of three to four and exhale on a count of six to eight,
Taking care of yourself and being mindful.
It's easeful.
And so at your own pace,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
I want you to just draw your attention down,
Down,
Down to the feet.
Feeling that contact with whatever surfaces beneath them.
Just bringing your awareness all the way down to the feet and feeling that contact.
Feeling gravity supporting you unconditionally,
Always there without exception.
You can take these grounding breaths whenever you need them as an easy reset,
As a start to your day,
Or as you complete your day.
