Such an honor to get to spend a little time together here.
So let's just take a few deep breaths and ground into this moment,
Wherever you're coming from,
However you're feeling is just fine.
So first off just feeling your seat,
Whether you're sitting in a chair or cross legged or maybe you're even walking or standing right now and that's totally fine too.
Just feel whatever is in contact with the ground.
Bring your awareness,
Your attention down to either your seat or your feet.
Just feel that contact,
That connection.
Let's take three full conscious deep belly breaths,
Let your belly be soft and full.
We're going to fill the lungs,
Fill the belly all the way to the top.
We'll hold it for a moment.
We'll take another sip of air and we're going to let it all go with a nice vocal exhale.
So three times,
Go at your own pace and please join me.
Filling the lungs,
Filling the belly all the way up to the top.
Hold it,
Take another sip of air and let it go with a nice vocal exhale.
Beautiful.

Give it a little shake,
Shake your shoulders,
Shake your hips.
Move around just a little bit,
Getting into your body,
Moving your neck.
Let your breath restore to its natural rhythm.
And then just being here for a moment,
Just taking an internal temperature check.
Noticing the temperature of your emotions,
Just noticing what's here.
Sometimes putting a hand on the heart and a hand on the belly.
Maybe lowering your gaze to the ground or gently closing the eyes to just tune inward.
Tuning in,
Sensing what's here for you right now.
Noticing what you're feeling emotionally.
Maybe it's a few things,
But if you could just name them.
Maybe it's tired,
Maybe it's inspired.
Maybe there's sadness or grief.
Maybe there's some excitement or nervous-sided.
Just noticing what's here for you without having to really go into any story about what it is you're feeling.
Just noticing what the feelings are and naming them.
And just breathing.
And then gently let that all go.
And then gently open your eyes,
Coming back to right now or bringing your gaze back up.

So now I just want you to take a moment and set an intention for whatever is left of your day.
Perhaps you're starting this in the morning,
And what a beautiful time to set an intention.
But any time of day is a great day to set an intention.
So think about how you'd like to show up for yourself.
And maybe it's just for the next hour,
Whatever your intention is.
Play with this.
Have fun.
Setting intentions for whatever you want to do,
However you want to show up,
Is kind of a great way to move through life.
Just checking in with yourself.
How are you feeling?
Grounding in the moment and then setting an intention.
And so maybe it's to show up fully in your heart and present.
Maybe it's to be grounded and courageous and bold.
Whatever it is for you.
It could be one to three words.
Just what do you want to embody?
How would you like to show up for yourself and whatever you're going into in this next part of your day?
So checking in with yourself.
Take a breath.
Keep it simple.
Make it fun.
Don't take yourself too seriously.
Just checking in.
Wonderful.
And then let that go.
