Dr. Lori Brotto is a clinical psychologist, researcher, and professor at the University of British Columbia, where she has spent more than two decades studying how mindfulness can transform sexual health and wellbeing. Her research was among the first to show that mindfulness-based approaches can help women reconnect with desire, ease sexual pain, and feel more at home in their bodies. Lori is the author of *Better Sex Through Mindfulness* and co-leads eSense, a digital platform that brings evidence-based mindfulness and CBT tools for sexual health to people wherever they are. She also sees clients in her clinical practice and speaks widely about reframing sexual health as a normal, essential part of overall wellbeing. Her practices blend science with compassion, offering guided meditations for body awareness, self-compassion, and letting go of pressure and judgment, whether you're navigating low desire, pain, menopause, or simply want to feel more present in your body and relationships.
