Hold your left hand in front of you and use your right index finger to place in your left palm.

I want you to slowly inhale and trace from your palm to the tip of your thumb and as you exhale trace back down to your palm.

Inhale up your index finger,

Trace back to your palm.

Inhale up your middle finger,

Trace back to your palm.

On your ring finger think,

I am safe.

Inhale up,

I am warm.

Trace back to your palm.

I am safe.

Up your pinky finger,

I am warm.

Back to your palm,

I am safe.

Up your thumb,

I am warm.

To your palm,

I am safe.

Your index,

I am warm.

Inhale up your middle finger,

Exhale down while tracing to your palm.

Inhale up your ring finger,

Exhale down to your palm.

Inhale up your pinky,

Exhale down to your palm.

And remember,

You are in charge of how you feel.
