Whatever it looks like for you to be completely comfortable.

First thing in the morning to be comfortable and to meditate,
There's nothing better,
Right?
So okay,
So let's get ourselves comfy.
Close your eyes when it feels right for you.
And let's take,
I'm gonna say it this way,
Let's take a magical,
Deep,
Gentle breath through our nose and out our mouth.
So breathe in very gently and slowly and release.
Right there,
That helps us to release some of that stress,
Right?
And then let's consider a few things.
What are you grateful for today?
What are just a few things that you can feel the gratitude for today?
So far,
It could be that the weather is cooling off,
Or at least where I am,
The weather is cooling off.
It could be that holidays are coming and it's a magical time.
It could be that your child or your grandchild won first place in the,
I don't know,
The spelling bee.
What are you grateful for today?
And now we're gonna take the mantra and we're gonna repeat this over and over again to ourselves as we sit in the stillness for just a few minutes.
And our mantra for today is,
I've got this.
I don't know about you,
But that just tweaks me.
It makes me feel so empowered whenever I say that to myself,
Especially as a mantra,
Right?

And if while we're sitting in the stillness,
You forget the mantra,
You can always just come back to your breath.
There's no wrong way to meditate.
