Yes,
Are you sensing the sort of powerful energy going on right now?
I mean,
It's really crazy.
And you know,
Here in the United States,
I don't mean to laugh about it,
But it's just like,
It's palpable.
It truly is.
More,
Like yesterday,
There were two mass shootings.
I mean,
The energy,
It's stress and anxiety and gosh,
It's just nuts,
Right?
What can we do?
What can we do to even out this energy is the question.
What can we do?
Well,
You know what my answer is always,
Right?
My answer is to meditate.
But before we do that,
I am going to jump right into meditation,
But before we jump right in,
I really want to say that January through,
And I follow this lady on Facebook and Insight Time,
Or no,
Not Insight Time,
But Instagram.
And okay,
I'll just say it.
Her name is Elizabeth Peru.
She has been telling us that January through March has been like a preparation all the time.
Is that even a word?
Preparation,
Right?
For things to start really coming into fruition now in April,
Right?
And if you're listening to this in like June or July,
Maybe you can reflect back,
But apparently this time is actually setting up the rest of the year for us.
So it's really fascinating,
Right?
The trick to this entire crazy time is to go with the flow,
Right?
Don't allow,
I mean,
I see honestly,
I see my husband stressing out.
The anxiety is real.
It's real.
We need to learn to deal with it.
We need to know that if we just sit back,
Kind of like sitting back in like,
Like on a,
An inner tube in the river,
Like I used to do when I was younger,
Right?
Sit back on the inner tube and just let it take you wherever it needs to take you.
Work hard,
But you know,
Sit back on that inner tube.
So we're going to jump right into meditation because I know I have gotten more texts and emails about people being stressed right now.
We need this.
It's peaceful.
It's peaceful.
We need to focus on peace,
Right?
So let's get ourselves comfortable because I want to jump right into the meditation.
Okay,
So get yourself comfy and close your eyes whenever you feel like you're supposed to.
So let's take a nice deep breath in,
Filling up our lungs,
Fresh air and release.
Very good.
Let's do that one more time.
It's filling,
Fill up our lungs with beautiful oxygen needed to nourish our bodies,
Right?
So breathe in and release.
Very gently.
Very gently.
So I want you to,
Let's place our attention on our crown chakra,
Which is just above the crown of our heads.
And imagine the white light spinning right above our heads.
And I want you to envision the Lotus flower sitting right there just above the crown of your head in the crown chakra.
It's so beautiful and it's pure,
Pure white.
And as it opens and the petals start to blossom open,
I want you to start to feel the gorgeous white light energy coming down from the universe in through your crown chakra.
You are safe.
You are well.
You are whole.
That is with you through it all.
Let's relax our heads and our necks.
Feel that white light energy of unconditional love flowing down through your body into your neck and shoulders,
Your arms and hands and fingers.
Your chest and your back.
Feel that white light love energy going down to your abdomen.
Going down through your pelvis area and your legs,
Thighs and calves.
Feeling this white light energy to flow freely through your body,
Through your feet and toes.
And now let's rest in the knowledge that we are sitting in pure unconditional love.
Let's relax our heads and our necks.
Feel that white light energy flowing down through your body.
Feeling this white light energy flowing down through your body.
Feeling this white light energy flowing down through your body.
Feeling this white light energy flowing down through your body.
Feeling this white light energy flowing down through your body.
Feeling this white light energy flowing down through your body.
Let's start bringing our awareness back to our body.
Start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Feeling that this beautiful energy is available to us whenever we need it.
Beautiful.
Let's take a nice deep breath in,
Filling up our lungs and release it.
Gorgeous.
You can open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.
Absolutely beautiful.
Know that.
Please know,
Take with you today that stress and anxiety don't need to run your life.
You have access to this beautiful energy.

You have access to this.
Access to this type of peace that you really truly can't find anywhere else.
