My question for today.

Because you know I always have a question.

How much of what you do on a daily basis do you do from a place of joy?
Whoa,
Lots of heavy thoughts first thing in the morning,
Well it is for me anyway.
You may be listening to this in the evening and that would be great,
Right?
How much of what you do every day do you do from a place of joy?
Great question,
Right?
Because so many people that I talk to on a daily basis,
Or even me to be quite honest,
Sometimes it's like I'll go through and I'll be doing the dishes.
Do we do that from a place of joy?
I am,
You know,
Grocery shopping.
Do I do that from a place of joy?
Interesting thought process,
Right?
If we can do more things from a place of joy in our lives,
That in turn would raise our vibration,
Right?
It would make us happier,
Certainly,
And manifesting then becomes a lot easier,
Right?
So it's really,
Really interesting,
Right?
If we start out our day thinking to ourselves,
Everything I do is going to be from a place of joy today,
You're going to be happier,
Right?
So I just find that to be so eye-opening,
Right?
I find it all to be so eye-opening and so that's why I thought,
You know what,
That's what I want to discuss today.
I love,
Obviously,
I mean if you guys have heard me before,
I love talking about manifesting.
I love talking about being in high vibration and how to get there.
How do you get to a place of high vibration?
I get asked that all the time because what is high vibration,
Right?
It's when your energy is spinning at such a place that it's high and it is your feeling of happiness,
Pure joy and happiness,
Right?
I love that.
I love that,
Right?
How do we get to that place,
Right?
Okay,
So the intention would be to grocery shop from a place of love or,
You know,
Do the dishes or make dinner from a place of love,
Right?
That's the intention.
But how do we do that?
Well,
I think I talked about this recently when I talked about the fact that,
For me,
Well,
You know,
I was born in the 60s,
So if you put on disco music,
No,
That's terrible and I am not a fan of disco.
Like,
I love to dance and stuff,
But never was a massive fan of disco.
But my vibration just rises like so fast because of the fact that it just,
I don't know,
Maybe it brings back like these fun dancing memories or something,
Right?
But I was like,
I was surfing on like Facebook or something the other day and I was like,
And it came on,
Like these guys were on TikTok and they had created this dance to stay in alive,
Right?
And I was like,
At first I was all mellow and chill and all of a sudden I see these guys,
These young kids,
You know,
Dancing to Stayin' Alive by the Bee Gees and I was like,
This is awesome,
Right?
I was like,
Yeah,
You know?
And then I'm thinking,
You know what?
I'm gonna put on some ABBA now,
Right?
So then I put on Dancing Queen and I'm dancing around.
My energy was so high.
I was in serious joy,
Right?
I was in this place of joy and I thought,
This is it.
I want to be this all the time.
I don't,
I wouldn't say that it's 100% or I should rephrase that.
I wouldn't say that it's always 100% possible because we all have those downtimes and we have to acknowledge that because,
You know,
Come on,
We live in this real world.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
We have to recognize that it's not gonna be 100% of the time,
But we can certainly try,
Right?
I mean,
There are down days,
But you know what?
There are also up days and we need to acknowledge that,
Right?
So that's what we're gonna do.
We're gonna start out our day and we are going to raise our vibration,
Right?
I can already feel like I don't even need the coffee that I have sitting here.
I have to say,
I don't even need it,
Right?
You guys get it,
Right?
We don't need the coffee.
We need the joy,
Right?
And then we can manifest whatever we choose,
You know,
When we get to that place of joy,
Because don't forget that in the law of attraction,
Like attracts like,
Right?
So if you're in a place of joy,
You can manifest joy.
I just,
I seriously,
I mean,
It doesn't,
I can truly talk about this all day long because I love the idea of that,
You know?
Yeah.
So anyway,
Okay,
Let's meditate because for me,
One of the best ways to raise my vibration is to meditate.
Okay,
So what we're gonna do is we're gonna meditate on this,
Alright?
So let's get ourselves comfy and you can close your eyes whenever you feel like it's right for you.
And let's start to relax our bodies just that little bit.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it.
So awesome.
So today,
As we are gonna sit in the stillness for just those few minutes that we do,
I want you to try to keep a smile on your face the entire time we are meditating.
Now it's not gonna be that that long,
But,
And it's gonna feel forced at some point,
But try it.
Just try it.
What have you got to lose,
Right?
So what are you grateful for today?
What is going great today in your life?
Is it that you woke up with a smile on your face?
Is it that just when you needed it,
Somebody smiled at you?
Is it your health?
What are you grateful for today?
So our mantra as we sit in the stillness for a few minutes today is,
Today I will do everything from a place of joy.
Today I will do everything from a place of joy.
Today I will do everything from a place of joy.
Or if you need something shorter,
Today I am pure joy.
Today I am pure joy.
And we do it with a smile on our face.
So I will keep the time and let's begin.

You can release your smile if you choose and open your eyes whenever you want to.
