
Pure Positivity…A Challenge For 2022!

A brief,
Positivity-inspiring chat and meditation designed to uplift and motivate us to live our best lives.
Let's get in the flow.
We're going to get real today.
2021 for so many people has been seriously challenging,
And I get that,
Right?
But the real question is,
Why is that really?
You know,
I've been told by spiritual teachers,
Astrologers,
Lots of different people that,
You know,
Study the stars and such,
That 2021 was a year of transition.
So doesn't that isn't that telling?
Right?
So you know what that means?
It means then that we are becoming free from the transition and getting set for 2022,
Which apparently is a year of balance,
Which I just love.
And I don't know about you guys,
But for me,
Balance sounds fantastic.
You know,
I mean,
It was like,
For me personally,
2021 was like a deeply spiritual year.
I went so far inward and I made some serious changes about me,
You know,
Personally,
Right?
I manifested stuff.
I manifested a book on manifesting.
Seriously,
You know?
Like,
You know,
It was deeply,
Deeply spiritual.
But honestly,
I need to say it,
And I know I sound like a broken record,
But the one most important thing that we can do in a transition year,
In a balance year,
In whatever,
Is to stay grateful and positive.
I know that's very,
Very difficult for some people,
Right?
But let's do this.
Let's kick it up a notch and take this whole thought process to a new direction.
That's my thought,
Right?
You know,
And I was doing so much.
I was thinking,
No,
I don't want to say it that way.
I want to say it this way.
I was thinking so much as I was writing the book on manifesting.
Like,
How do I change my negative thoughts to positive ones?
How do I do it?
So here's the point.
Here's how we do this.
And this can be challenging.
I completely understand that,
Right?
But here's how we do it.
We turn all those crappy things that we think and feel into positive things that we can think and feel.
I know that makes a little bit of no sense,
But I'm going to give you a couple examples because it'll make sense once you start to understand the train of thought here.
So instead of saying,
And you know,
Louise Hay was like the queen of this,
Right?
And even Wayne Dyer,
Oh my gosh,
They were just the masters of this,
Right?
So instead of saying,
My job sucks,
Everyone around me is negative.
How many of us have said that?
Yes,
A lot.
Seriously.
Over the years,
Oh yeah,
Right?
So instead of saying,
Everyone around me is negative,
My job sucks.
So you would turn that around,
You would catch yourself,
And you would say,
At my job,
I am pure positivity.
Right?
So we take those less than high vibration or less than positive words and shift it.
And it takes a while to do.
It does.
It is a little bit challenging.
I get that.
But here's another example.
Instead of saying,
I can't afford the car I want,
You know,
So instead of saying that,
You would say,
I am saving for my dream car.
Right?
But like I said,
It's not,
It's,
Well,
It is,
It's about changing our choice of words and not just what we are saying out loud.
It's about what we are thinking.
And you get to choose.
We get to choose how we do that.
But in order to create a happier life,
And here's the thing,
Manifesting isn't just about getting stuff.
It's about who we are on the inside.
It's about changing our thoughts.
I know.
So as we move into this beautifully balanced and forward moving year,
Let's begin the process of changing our lives through our thoughts.
Our thoughts.
So here's the challenge then for our new year.
Yay.
Always a challenge,
Right?
So start to monitor your thoughts and work at catching yourself.
This is the challenging part.
And like I said,
It takes some time.
It really,
Really does take some time to catch yourself.
Okay,
So catch yourself saying those negative things and quickly reframe it quickly change it around to a positive spin.
And honestly,
Some people can't do it.
And I'm just being real,
Right?
It can be hard to do.
But when you start to do it,
Because I've been doing this for like 20 years,
You know,
I've been catching myself and I still have negative thoughts.
I mean,
It's not like you can just erase all the negative thoughts from your being right.
But you can catch yourself and then reframe it.
Okay.
And eventually,
It will be more of the it will be more positive thoughts than negative thoughts.
It does take time,
Like I said,
Right?
Finding that new spin on our thoughts is so progressive.
It's the most progressive thing that we can do.
And it will create more happiness in your life.
It will.
Right now is the best time of the year to do this.
The beginning of the year.
Start to catch your thoughts.
Right?
Yay.

So we're gonna meditate on this.

So everybody,
Let's relax,
Sit yourself in a comfortable place.
You know,
As David G always says,
Comfort is queen.
You know,
And the reason why he says that is,
Is that if,
If we're comfortable,
We will most likely meditate again.
That's the most important thing to it too,
Right?
So let's get ourselves relaxed,
Close your eyes whenever it feels right for you.
And let's take a nice deep breath in.
And release.
Awesome.
Releasing all of that transition from 2021.
Releasing all of that negativity and inviting in when we take our next deep breath in.
Let's invite in positivity.
Pure positivity.
So let's take that deep breath in of pure positivity into every cell of our being.
And release.
Awesome.
So our mantra for today as we sit in the stillness for a few minutes.
Our mantra for today is this.
Today.
And we choose the word today because it's a daily thing.
Today,
I choose positive thoughts only.
Today,
I choose positive thoughts only.
Today,
I choose positive thoughts only.
How does that feel?
Raising our vibration.
You may modify the mantra.
Or if you forget the mantra,
Just come back to your breath.
But feel that positivity seeping into your being.
So I will keep the time and let's begin.
