Let's get ourselves ready for a beautiful meditation that we're going to lead right now.

Hopefully this particular meditation will keep you sort of motivated for the rest of the day and the rest of this new moon time,

Whatever that feels right for you.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and very gently release.
Perfect.
So as we relax into this brilliant energy that is the new moon,
Let's consider our dreams.
What is your passion?
What is a passion that you have for yourself and your life?
And what is it that maybe you want just a little bit more of in your life?
Let's consider that.
Do you want love?
Is there more peace needed in your life?
What about freedom?
More freedom in your life?
Joy?
What is it?
So as we consider the answers to these questions,
Let's be open.
Let's open ourselves up to all that we can receive,
The messages from spirit that we can receive about what it is we want more of.
Opening our hearts to the answers.
And as we focus on our breath,
The in and the out of our breath,
The ebb and the flow,
I want us to imagine that beautiful cleansing light,
That beautiful white light energy coming into our crown chakra,
Into our being,
Spreading all through our bodies,
Gently whisking away all that energy that no longer serves us.
And at the same time making the way for the new and exciting sensations,
Opportunities,
And truths that we are inviting in right now into our being,
Into our lives.
Let's also now consider an intention that we can create for ourselves and our lives for this time.
What is something that you can create for yourself,
An intention?
Something that is highly personal,
That makes you feel tingly all over because you know it's right.
This allows us to learn to trust what spirit is giving us the messages.
And creating that new intention for ourselves.
As we sit in the stillness for a few moments,
Let us focus on our breath.
The gentle ebb and flow of our breath,
Breathing in and out,
Allowing this energy to move effortlessly through our bodies.
Let's start bringing our awareness back to the chair we're sitting in in our bodies.
Just feeling that heart chakra tone to envelop us.
Knowing that the intentions that we've created for ourselves are deeply embedded now in our hearts.
