Nonna stay everybody welcome to in the flow for you Albert's today very special day here we are doing something fun different than I normally do so mercury is in retrograde right now and that usually brings upon a whole great set of challenges right but and I talk a lot about you know staying positive and being persistent and having patience right the three P's I talk about that a lot however right about now there's like a lot of people I know have been having like I don't want to say strings of bad luck but things going on right and there's obstacles in the way so I thought today what a better day there is no better day today then for us to chant right I like to mix things up and share new ways of doing things with you guys right and I've done this probably once before but but I did it a little bit differently today is gonna be different right so the champ that I want to do today is om gom gana pataye namaha and before you get all like wait what here it's very special chant and once you get into once you get into the chant itself you will find it really easy and it flows off your tongue okay this is a chant that helps to take away the obstacles okay and it is a chant that that basically asks Ganesh Ganesh a to take away obstacles so basically we are offering salutations to Ganesh and ask Ganesh to take away any obstacles bring us good luck and it's this is basically a mantra also for new beginnings so that's another thing that's like really cool right so new beginnings don't we all need a little bit of luck and a little bit of assistance all right especially in new beginnings right so today what we're gonna do is we're going to we're going to chant and we are going to do it hundred and eight times and I've got my malabeds and here's the thing if you're not comfortable chanting or if it's something that's like you don't want to do it out loud or whatever that's absolutely okay you know let's just take this one step at a time right if you're not it not wanting to do that that's fine you can just listen and maybe say it in your head okay we can it's it's not I don't want this to be a difficult thing okay so we're gonna go over what this is again so it's om which is om is like the hem of the universe right om gum gum is like if they call it I've heard it referred to as like the activation sound right so it's basically the the quest the question right Ganapataye is another word for Ganesha okay and namaha is I bow to you okay so that's basically what this is I bow to you Ganesha so and it's the remover of obstacles that's what gonna one of the amazing things that Ganesha is right so if you have mala beads and want to grab them really quick that's great if you don't want to that's okay too right okay so we're gonna do this a hundred and eight times okay because that is the magic number all right hmm pardon me if my voice goes out it it's right now where I am it is very early in the morning so we just do this we just do the best we can and we just enjoy ourselves right we're supposed to enjoy this doing something new and something different right so are we ready let's get ourselves comfortable let's get yourself so you're sitting just the way that you choose to sit okay maybe close your eyes and I will try to pronunciate or un-unciate the words I guess I should say pronounce them correctly okay and pronounce them so that you understand it let's take a nice deep breath in and release let's keep our feet flat on the floor unless you are sitting cross-legged beautiful and let's begin thumb gom grip on a pitCheyere?

Namaste.

And open your eyes whenever you feel comfortable.

How did that feel?

Did you all enjoy that?

I hope so.

You know I still feel myself tingling,

Which is one of the beauties of this particular,

For me,

This particular mantra.

You know,

I just love,

I just love what chanting does for me.

And this is one of those mantras for me.

It's just,

It's easy to do and it becomes like I end up chanting it,

Just singing it all day long.

So I invite you for that as well.

Because don't we need right now just a little bit of comfort in knowing that we are asking for some of those obstacles to be taken away.

Right?

We could use a little bit of luck,

A little bit of goodness.

So as you go through your day,

I invite you to chant this just as you go about your day.

Om Gom Ganapataye Namaha.

Om Gom Ganapataye Namaha.

Beautiful,

Absolutely gorgeous.

So I thank you so much for joining me today.

I hope that you enjoyed this as much as I did.

And until next time,

Namaste everybody.

Have a wonderful,

Beautiful day.

Take care.
