Finding Your Truth…A Throat Chakra Meditation

Today let’s meditate and take a deep look at ourselves, who we REALLY are and who we want to be in this world.

So get yourself in a comfortable position. Gently close your eyes. Allow yourself to simply be in the present moment. Let's take a long, Deep breath in. And then release it. As we hold on to our turquoise or topaz or lapis lazuli, I want you to place your attention on your throat chakra. Just at your throat. In your mind's eye, Imagine a beautiful sky blue light just at your throat area. You can see it shining brightly. And watch as the sphere begins to spin and glow so incredibly beautifully. Let's begin to focus on our breath. Breathing in and out in a very relaxed manner. With every breath in, Consider the energy that you are intaking is one of strength. Consider that with every breath in, Your personal power intensifies. And with every exhalation, You breathe out any obstacles or hindrances that block who you know deep down in your soul that you truly are. As we breathe in, We feel the enlightenment of our souls. And as we breathe out, We release any and all barriers that prohibit us from our truth. So now as we sit in the stillness, Seeing and feeling the magnificent blue glow around our throat, We begin to repeat to ourselves. Sat Nam Sat Nam Sat Nam Truth is my identity.
