Moksha is a Sanskrit word for freedom,
And it is all over the ancient texts.
But today,
I feel like it would be very great for us to consider moksha as the freedom of our souls.
Taking away all those unsatisfying emotions and poor ways of thinking,
And inviting in absolute,
Perfectly pure freedom.
Freedom for our minds,
Freedom for our souls.
So let's close our eyes and get comfortable.
And start to feel that peace that comes along with the moksha.
Because it truly is peace that we crave,
Correct?
Let's take a beautiful,
Very gentle,
Deep breath in.
And release it.
Perfect.
And now as we sit in the stillness,
Let's consider moksha.
