Pregnancy can have you feeling so many different feelings from day to day. Some days are great, others are uncomfortable, while some are very stressful. No matter what, it's important to practice relaxation at some point of each day (even on the good days). Slowing down is crucial during pregnancy and this will help you do so. Allowing your muscles to soften helps to give your baby plenty of room to grow and enough space to exit you and enter the world!
