Welcome,
This meditation is for the woman who's outgrown the life that she's been living.
It's not that anything is necessarily wrong,
It's just no longer right,
And your body knows it.
Today we're not chasing change,
We're choosing clarity.
We're tuning into the quiet voice within,
The one that already knows who you're becoming.
So find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Place one hand over your heart,
Let the other rest on your belly or beside you.
Let your eyes close gently.
And so we begin.
Take a slow inhale through your nose,
Fill all the way up.
Exhale gently through your mouth,
Let it all go.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
We will begin a rhythm,
Inhaling for four counts,
Holding for two,
Exhaling for six.
We'll do this approximately five times,
Maybe a little more.
This breath tells our nervous system that we are safe,
That we are grounded,
And that we are here.

Hold for one,
Two.
Exhale for six,
Five,
Four,

Inhale for one,

Take a deep breath in.
Fill all the way up.
Open mouth.
Let it go.
Come back to your natural rhythm of breathing.
Now,
I invite you to imagine her,
The future version of you,
The one who lives life on her own terms,
The one who feels clear,
Calm,
And fully alive.
You don't need to try to see her,
Per se.
Just allow.
Let the image rise up however it wants to appear,
Whether that is a visual,
A sense of knowing,
Something sort of dreamy,
Maybe a smell.
Allow all of your senses to play here.
Where is she?
What's the first things that you notice?
How does she move?
What's her energy like?
What is she wearing?
What do her days feel like?
Take your time.
Breathe it all in.
You're not separate from her.
You are becoming her.
Imagine checking into her life.
See your feet land in her schedule.
Feel your body hold her posture.
Let your thoughts become her thoughts.
Let her thoughts become your thoughts.
What is the first thing that she lets go of?
And what does she choose instead?
Notice how your body feels in this life.
Lighter,
Freer,
More grounded.
Now let that feeling expand.
Gently place your hand on your heart again.
Take a breath in.
And as you exhale,
Repeat softly in your mind,
I trust the woman I'm becoming.
Again,
I trust the woman I'm becoming.
Let it land.
Let it echo.
Let it expand.
I trust the woman I'm becoming.
She's already within you.
You do not have to do anything to earn to become her.
You simply have to keep choosing her.
Choosing you again and again.
Begin to bring your awareness back to the room,
Back to your breath.
Maybe some gentle movement into your fingers or toes,
Maybe a beautiful stretch of her head.
Breathe into the version of you who just allowed yourself to remember your own power.
Knowing that this version of you lives so closely to the surface.
She is with you everywhere you go.
You just have to keep choosing her,
Choosing you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
