Thank you for joining me for a leap into love.
My name is Laura Hackl and I'm excited to share with you the magic of the crystal bowls as they create the environment for us to leap into love.
It's actually one of the areas that I've been working on lately.
Joyfully leaping into love with ease and grace.
And so if you think about that,
You know,
Which words stand out to you as like yes and which ones are like,
Oh,
I'm not sure if I want that.
And just be in the noticing of it.
Not to change anything or fix anything but to be in the noticing of it.
Imagine living your life from love,
Living it from your heart,
Being able to connect into your heart and make decisions from your heart.
Our heart always is the guide.
And yet,
So many of us want to leap into love so that we can love others more.
And loving starts with ourself,
For we can only love another as much and as deeply as we love ourselves.
So I welcome you on this journey with the crystal bowls to create the space for us to love ourselves deeply and shine and share that love out with the world.
The crystal bowls have an amazing vibration.
They're going to be vibrating at the level of love.
And so I invite you to close your eyes,
Get into a comfortable position and just be with the vibrations.
Allow yourself to feel them in your body.
Be with whatever you're sensing or seeing or hearing or knowing.
And set your intention to leap into love,
Starting with yourself and radiating out in the world.
