This energetic integration meditation invites you to gently call your energy back to yourself. Through mindfulness, visualisation, and connecting with your body and breath, you’ll be guided to bring any energetic threads or tethers back into your being, in a way that feels right for you. This is a nourishing practice for times when you’re feeling scattered, depleted, or simply wanting to cultivate your own life force energy from within. Let this guided meditation feel like coming home to yourself.

This meditation will invite you into an energetic integration,

Bringing all of your energy back into yourself.

So allowing your body to find a position that feels natural as you come into a state of rest.

As you settle,

Get yourself comfortable.

You might be sitting or lying down,

Inviting you to get into a comfy shape here,

Taking a smooth and grounding breath in and letting go.

Allowing your focus to come into your body and closing your eyes if that feels good or just lowering your gaze to the floor.

Noticing where your body makes contact with the surface beneath you.

Feeling supported here,

Whatever space you're in,

Taking a moment to sense the energy moving through you or around you from your day.

Feeling any sensations in or around your body,

Your energetic field.

Maybe there's a tingling,

A warmth,

Buzzing,

An aliveness in the body.

Maybe there's some tension or emotion there.

Just noticing what you notice with a non-judgmental attitude.

That means allowing it all to be there,

Not trying to change it or get rid of it.

Just noticing.

Perhaps you notice there's threads or tethers of energy extending out from your field.

These might be threads that have been moving or flowing around other people,

Other energies,

Other situations or circumstances in your life,

Places,

Spaces.

These threads might have been creating a buzz and so with gentleness there's an invitation to bring those threads back into yourself.

Calling your energy home,

Imagining or visualizing if that works for you,

Otherwise just setting the intention to gather these threads back into your body,

Back into your grounded center.

With each thread coming back to you,

Feeling this energy land within you.

Noticing where this energy wants to land.

Is it the heart space,

The belly,

The base of your spine,

Or in your mind,

The crown of your head?

Or is it somewhere else?

Just notice what you feel intuitively.

Where you feel like these threads of energy need to come home to.

Taking a moment to see the energetic threads coming back to you.

Now inviting you to bring to mind a color that feels grounding and nourishing to you.

Seeing this color begin to glow softly around your whole body.

Like you're inside a protective egg of light or an energetic cocoon.

This light holds you,

It nourishes you,

It restores a balance within you.

And with each breath in,

This glow of light force energy illuminates your whole being.

You are perfect and whole.

With each inhale,

You release what no longer serves you,

Letting it dissolve into the earth.

So spending a few moments here,

Breathing and being bathed in this beautiful energetic glow.

The perfect color for you for this moment.

Feeling the ground beneath you.

The earth is always here to support you.

Imagining roots growing from the bottoms of your feet,

Anchoring you safely into the earth.

And as you feel this connection,

Know that all parts of you are welcome here.

There's nothing you need to do.

You are welcome and accepted just as you are.

All parts of you are welcome.

Letting that sink in.

As we start to come to the end of this practice,

Taking a few breaths to gather yourself back into your space.

Feeling your body,

Your breath,

Your heart.

You might like to offer yourself some gratitude or some thanks for taking this time for yourself.

And just trusting that everything you've experienced throughout this practice is now part of you,

Woven into your body and nourishing your energetic field.

And when you're ready,

Carrying this grounded and nourished light with you throughout the rest of your day.

Inviting some gentle movement back to the body and taking some breaths in and letting go.
