Focus intently on it.

And then find one thing you can hear.

Listen closely to it.

Now identify one sensation in your body.

Take a deep breath in here.

Fill up your lungs.

Hold your breath at the top.

And then inhale again.

Inhale one more time.

And then long exhale out.

Two more times like that.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill up.

Inhale again.

One more time.

And then exhale.

Empty everything out.

Now the last time.

Inhale again.

Inhale.

One more time.

And then exhale.

Empty out.

Feel the calm here.

Feel how centered you are.

How held and precious you are.
