Breath of protection.

Find a quiet place where you can close your eyes.

And begin to send your attention to your breath.

Observing the cool inhalation.

And then opening your mouth and exhaling softly.

Begin to notice the expansion of your ribcage as you inhale deeply.

Feeling your belly button rise.

And then exhale completely to the bottom of your breath.

Send your attention to the front lining of your body.

From the tips of your toes all the way up your knees.

Your hips.

Your torso.

Your chin.

And up to the top of your head.

Begin to pull the air from the tips of your toes all the way up as you breathe in.

And then flushing your body from the top of your head to your feet as you exhale.

Inhale.

Begin to pull in and paint your body with breath.

Exhale.

Begin to cleanse and let go.

With each breath you're painting your body with protection that is unbreakable and strong.

Inhale to pull in strength.

Exhale to know it's yours.

Send your attention to your right side body.

From the side of your right foot all the way up to the top of your head.

Paint the right side of your body with breath.

And with each breath the protection gets deeper.

The pigment of confidence gets richer.

Begin to feel the warmth of this casing around you.

Exhale.

Send your attention to your back side body.

From the heels of your feet all the way up to the back of your head.

Begin to breathe up what it is that you need and wash away everything you don't.

Painting this protection behind you.

And then send your attention to your left side body.

From your left foot all the way up to the top of your head.

Now every inch of your body is coated and vibrating with this protection.

That will go with you.

That will hold you.

And keep you safe.

Take a deep breath in to affirm.

Full breath out.

You are held.

You are safe.

And you are protected.
