Finding your comfortable sitting position.
Finding the circle of beloveds again and knowing that there are amazing beings around you.
Feeling loving,
Gentle,
Caring,
Peers encircle with you.
Knowing that you're in a safe space.
Knowing that you are held,
Cared for,
Supported,
Loved.
Feeling that solid connection with the earth.
Our beautiful Mother feeling rooted and connected into her womb.
Being supported and nurtured and held by her loving arms.
Solid ground beneath you.
And earth rising up to meet your descending energy.
Anchored,
Strong,
Grounded.
With each breath connecting,
Grounding even more.
Breathing a solid platform to dive off of.
Secure diving board.
And as you continue to deeply connect,
Allow the rest of the spine to rise up,
Heart lifted,
Shoulders dropped,
Head level to the ground,
Chin slightly tucked.
Bringing your imagination up to your crown,
Tip top of your head.
And imagine you have a big skylight at the top of your head.
And as you very gently look up through that skylight,
Without any strain or pressure,
Just a very gentle gaze upwards.
You see the stars.
You see the night sky beyond our atmosphere.
And you begin to reach up to the stars energetically with your imagination.
As you continue to feel rooted and connected to the earth with each breath,
We also reach up and connect into that upper realm.
Gently gazing up through the skylight.
And connecting with a star,
A favorite star or planetary body.
And as we do,
We begin to feel an expanded awareness.
We feel a vast perspective.
And we access our higher mind.
Solidly rooted and connected into the earth and powerfully connected up into the heavens.
With each breath,
Strengthening that connection in each direction.
You are now aware that you are a mediator between worlds.
Inhaling,
We draw in starlight,
This golden,
Loving,
Healing light down through our connection with our star relative.
We allow energy to come into our head,
Bathing,
Soothing and healing down our spine,
Through our entire torso and down through the lower spine and into mama earth.
Beginning with your imagination to feel a constant flow of golden,
Healing light radiating down through the crown,
Cascading down through the body and entering into mama earth beneath you.
Anything golden,
Warm,
Loving light.
Anything that is stuck and is ready to move will be moved.
Anything that is blocked and is ready to be unblocked will be unblocked.
Anything that needs healing that is ready to be healed,
Physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
Spiritual,
Soul level that is ready will be healed.
Feeling the flow from above to below.
And then with your beautiful imagination,
Beginning to feel the flow upwards as well.
That golden light coming up from mama earth back into our spine,
Raising up like a DNA helix spiral shape all the way up to the crown and up into the heavens and down and feeling this double helix movement both down and up cleansing,
Healing,
Loving energy.
Knowing that you are a mediator between worlds,
A holder of this golden light,
This healing and vessel for starlight.
Feeling your body vibrate with this light.
Overflowing out into the world.
You are a lighthouse.
Feeling deeply exhaling.
Allowing the visualization to fade and gently coming back to our body by wiggling the fingers and the toes.
Feeling a nice deep breath in,
A yawn,
A stretch.
