Come into a comfortable position,

Whether you're laying down or sitting,

And bring your attention to your breath.

Really just allowing the breath to be exactly as it already is.

No need to change it.

And with each breath,

Bring a deep sense of allowing.

And with your imagination,

I'd like you to bring that breath and sense of allowing all the way down to your feet.

So feel as if the breath is going all the way into the feet,

And you're just allowing the feet to be exactly as they already are.

And then gently begin to move that awareness.

So you're moving your awareness up into your ankles,

Into your lower legs,

Into your knees,

And your kneecaps,

Into your upper legs.

Deep sense of allowing.

Into the pelvis and the hips,

Into the lower belly,

The lower back,

Into the upper belly,

The upper back.

Bringing that sense of allowing up into the chest,

And the heart,

The lungs.

And as you breathe,

Deepen that sense of allowing.

Into the shoulders,

The upper arms,

The elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Palms,

Fingers,

Fingertips.

Deep,

Deep sense of allowing with every breath.

Into the neck,

Back of the head,

Sides of the head,

Top of the head,

Into your forehead,

Into your eyebrows,

Into your eyes,

Eyelids,

Cheeks.

Deep sense of allowing.

Into your nose and your mouth,

Into your tongue,

Your lips,

Your chin,

Your jaw.

Deep,

Deep sense of allowing into your whole body.

Deep,

Deep sense of allowing into your whole being.

Letting this feel for a moment,

What it's like to really simply allow everything to be exactly as it is right now.

And take a nice deep breath in and out.

Gently bring your arms up into the air and shake your hands.

And then relax.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
