And so our next set of images is concerned with our connection to all the beings and our work in the outside world.
We will start again with a very short visualization.
So please find again your perfect position,
Relax into it,
And for the next three minutes please gently close your eyes.
Now picture your outer universe as a huge globe filled with objects and beings with you at its very center.
Imagine that each being in your world is a point somewhere in this globe at a certain direction and distance from you.
When you contracted the world into your heart in the previous visualization,
Each being became a tiny speck,
A seed inside a small drop in your heart.
Now imagine a very fine line like a thin ray of diamond light connecting each tiny seed in your heart to the being that is projected from it in the world outside.
Millions and billions of rays of light emerging from your core connecting your heart to every single being in your world.
You can use the image of a tiny and very cute porcupine in the very center of your heart.
She is made of diamond light and has infinitely many very fine diamond light quills sticking out of her tiny body in all directions of space.
Some quills are short connecting you to beings that are close,
Others are long or very long connecting your heart to beings that are far.
These quills are the very rays along which you project each one of the beings in your outer world from the tiny seed in your heart.
The rays are made of karma,
The subtle mental imprints in your mind left there by all your past deeds of body,
Speech and mind.
And they now project every being and everything else in your world.
