So boil your water with care, Add rose petals and a touch of rue to your cup. These herbs are guardians of the heart, Soft and steady. And as they steep, Breathe deeply and inhale the floral aroma and feel your heart begin to fall. Sip slow, Let grief, Love and hope swell together like petals in the water and with each breath release what no longer serves. With each swallow reclaim your strength.
