Wherever you are right now,

See if you can find a comfortable posture and allow yourself to relax.

If you'd like,

You can close your eyes and just take a few minutes here in this short meditation to be still and quiet and notice what is happening in your experience.

See if you can become aware of what it is that you're experiencing right now.

There may be sensations in the body,

Such as the feeling of being supported by a chair or the feeling of your feet on the ground.

There may be external sounds,

Such as birds,

Traffic,

Other people.

There may also be thoughts,

Whatever is happening,

Just notice what is going on in your experience and continue returning to the present moment.
